1p finds at Tesco thread

Went to T's today and nearly went home empty handed, until I had a look around the biscuits section, and noticed some Hello Kitty speckled chocs hanging on a strip with no price on. Checked it out on the price scanner and it showed up as 1p. I grabbed 5 bags then went to a normal checkout. The SA had to call over her manager because she wasn't sure if it was correct. I had my e-mail letter ready in my bag if she wasn't going to let me buy them, but thank goodness she was fine about it.

Wish you lot could help me out I have lost my dad and grandad socks and the superdad tie and F&F pack of socks. I know I put them somewhere safe so OH can't find them but neither can I. :eek:

Just wanted to check that when he starts to get the camping stuff out when I'm away the weekend he would not come across them. I know they are in a Ts bag tied with a knot but all I have found so far is Toy Story eggs and Creme Eggs and olives where I may have left them. We have been having a major sort out and I'm sure they have not gone in the loft. Oh dear I will probably find them at some point but it is driving me nuts and I already have plenty of them.

Had a quick trip to Ts today for the Peroni Lager glitch, very well timed for our hols. I have missed out on beer glitches in the past so very happy with this one though not as good as some previous glitches, 88p bottle good enough for me.

This is the link, I just printed it out and have it ready in my bag, if I ever come across a trout that won't allow me to purchase 1p items. HTH.

It's to stop the lurkers/lazy people using the search function to search for particular stores and getting all the bargains without contributing and spending time reading the threads.

Also it stops TESCO searching for glitches/misprices at particular stores and giving them opportunity to correct it sooner rather than later.

If Tesco were that bothered they would just get one person to spend half an hour a day reading the thread and emailing out to the stores concerned. I have a feeling they do not care. The stuff is down to 1p for a reason, to get rid of it. Head Office do not care how that happens.
