I'd been watching for these in my local, but they have suddenly been replaced with back to school stuff!!

Suddenly feel the urge for a long wander round Mr T's!!

I'm so glad you've put a "long wander round T's" Sometimes in the evening about 7ish I'll say to my OH "just going out for a while" and he'll say where and I'll say T's, not for anything in particular just a wander.:rotfl::rotfl:I don't feel so odd now!! Only another MSE'er would understand;)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Was this an express/extra/normal store and which part of the country are you in?

It's a normal T£sco, not extra / express. And it's in South Lanarkshire. Might try & pop in 2mo and have a look!!

Nikkilala - I sometimes go in just to spot bargains, can be in there for well over an hour, and come out empty handed!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Celebrate - I was just thinking, what a shame you've now gone from poster to lurker. But I've always been a lurker!! Never find too many bargains to post about :(

Rats! I picked those up about two weeks ago thinking they might be a 1p but scanned at 50p and kept them anyway. Might go to 1p eventually. Btw, did you try them? One of mine seemed a bit dry and put me off. I'll get my husband to try the rest.

I haven't tried them yet, still feeling sick after a roses overload :o

hey yes guys you got me lol. I only put them on as was free listing day loool, was just seeing if anyone would acually bid haha dont acually expect to sell them ha. But if they do hey ho got some extra cash for shopping. I did multiple listings as didnt expect them to sell. I dont really see what the big deal is was just trying my luck I gone of the nuts, the mega blocks have no use for and no kids in appropiate age groups. I did think id get spotted eventually haha. I havent got that many roses at all had about 130 but given some away and ill not eat them all.

I got 3 watcher on roses looool, and 4 on nuts haha, I thought he a laugh as listings were free. i should of added some harpics too but given most away

any takers on the fiat? i dont expect near the buy it now haha

Darn it, if I'd have seen this sooner I might have thought about the tea bags :rotfl:

I guess there is a fine line between being entrapeneurial from glitches and being greedy. Personally, if I found a bargain on something that could re-sell but I wasn't realistically going to use I'd like to think I'd try to be fair and leave some on the shelf for other people. However..if it was something I used a lot of then I can't promsie I wouldn't be there filling my little boots :D

    Long story
But still doing the bargains -as you can see from yet another dove glitch!!!! Lol!

Ohhh...I totally didn't realise you posted that glitch - I'm terrible at looking at usernames - but thank you (I did thank your post too :D)

Oh now I have the urge to go and have a mooch round Mr T.... I think I need some therapy (of the retail kind :rotfl:)

Have a look in the reduced section, thats where they were in my local, I have "lost" the "special mum" chocs though-they have been marked at £2.50 for ages but have now vanished. Anyone else still got them on their radar??

I had to go to cambridge for an open day for my DS a few weeks back. I put into the satnav the postcode for tesco's and found one a few miles out, can't remember exactly where it was but not far from the town centre. It had a cafe to the right and the loos as you walked in and the self scan machine was by the changing rooms. Their were lots of glitches in there and I assumed their were no MSE'er there. I got about 30 roses and 30 koko truffles between me and my mum!! went in twice. So if you are near that store might be worth a try:)

Hi, I'm not far from Cambridge, could it have been Milton, was it close to the A14. I'm getting quite frustrated. I do well in W'rose and Sainsburys with end of day reductions, but I'm dying to take part in the T's game. I got nervous on the way to Bar hill the other day thinking of DTD and meeting the trouts, but alas I found nothing, not even some chilli nuts. Got all excited :j over a solitary box of koko until it scanned at £4  so I left them :(

To whoever suggested DTD as the way to go .... here's a virtual drink on me

I know I mentioned the phones so I'm quite chuffed people have managed to get them. I did get some myself but nothing like the DTD others have gotten but then I've got stuff others haven't like 1p wrapping paper, Mega Bloks and lots of tumblers! This really is addictive and I've managed to get my family hooked on it. Of the stores closest to me however, the majority have no price checkers so not as easy to find a deal. I can see DTD being pulled very soon though so I intend to make the most of it. We all knew the other DTD would never last long and although it was before my time, R&R is 6 feet under as well.

So here's to filling our boots until then

  • Guess what DD#2 found today? A new penny item, no less!

Babies hat, denim flat cap/baker boy type- pretty unisex- sale price on label of 50p, scanned at a penny. Sorry I don't have a barcode/original price at the mo, as she's already taken the label off.

I also spied one single, solitary pack of xmas dorman nuts, and bought it home to save it from loneliness! :D

Wallets- (which I think have been mentioned.) quite a few on a clip strip in the gents clothing section, first aisle, till end. Black leather, labelled at £8, scanned as "mens hats" £1. However, the SA queried it with supertrout, who said "there's a problem with these" and voided the sale. Should be ok to self scan though.

This was in the store with the car park you can see the chunnel from. ;)
