The stuff is down to 1p for a reason, to get rid of it.

Can you tell the store manager of Fforestfach that please? Being trouted is not a pleasant experience.

If Tesco were that bothered they would just get one person to spend half an hour a day reading the thread and emailing out to the stores concerned. I have a feeling they do not care. The stuff is down to 1p for a reason, to get rid of it. Head Office do not care how that happens.

Other users on here will confirm that Tesco have had their trouts on the forum in the past.

:rotfl: that is such a good idea (just to type in your store name) i never thought of that! then again i like reading everyones stories and tales of their day :). I have always seen the stars and thought they were hiding their store name...badly. To be honest It made me feel quite clever to sit and think "well that's OBVIOUSLY birmingham" haha. i would like to say i am having a blonde day, but its lasted 25 years :o THANKS FOR THE EXPLANATION :T

Just back from Tesco for the second time day as I went to look for something I missed in the extra earlier however I was rather distracted by a rather hot SA so I totally forgot to look. I did however collect 106 points from a receipt I wombled yesterday. CS also gave me the receipt back without scoring out the barcode so I can collect them again in a few days. I also wombled a couple of receipts from the car park that don't have points to claim but I'll put them through the price checker.

Colmans luxury mature cheddar sauce- black packet- scanning at 16p in L*sburn N.Ireland. No SEL but lots of them just sitting next to the luxury pepper sauce on the bottom shelf.

Looking forward to making some lovely cauliflower cheese ....mmmmm :j

    Hope this helps someone xx

Nice post! I like to stick a cheese sauce through a batch of mashed potato with grated onion, stick it into a pastry base and top with sliced tomatoes and grated cheese. Yummy and so cheap!!! Even cheaper and quicker now if I grab some of these sauce mixes!!!
