1p finds at Tesco thread

How do people find the 1p items in the first place? Is it just a case of looking at your receipt and see if any items have gone through at 1p or is there another way please?

Kingston Park which is in "God's Own Country" i.e Newcastle upon Tyne had loads at 14p today. Not as good as 1p but still a quite canny deal. Fill yer boots lads and lasses.

Maybe if you work at Tesco you will know what scans at 1p.
Might go and see if I can get those tomatoes with chilli everyone is talking about today!

I got 9 jars of caperberries today :j.

My first try at 1p, but no cartons os tesco chopped tomatoes with chilli at my store. They had it with basil. Any chance that would work?

No! They are phasing out the chilli ones. If in doubt, self scan if one is available. If not, ask at the pharmacy desk if they could check the price. They won't bother flagging it as would a SA.
