    helloooo,

it was the cartons of chopped tomatoes with chilli. I checked again, today and they had some more so bought another case. There is no space on the shelf as such but every time i go in there always seems to be a whole carton (of 18) on the top shelf.

I use a lot of tomatoes, prefer making sauces to buying them, and got some more today.

hi there good to know they are still scanning at 1p
i managed to get a couple of loads at my local but haven't seen them in ages and wondered whether mr T had cottoned on and cleared shelves of them on purpose, i will carry on looking!

I also managed to find a few of the tomato with chilli cartons today, and was allowed to buy them! Yay to Tesco 1p items.

I remember that someone posted that some of the various types that were scanning at 1p had gone back to full price.

It's the Napolina Organic Chopped tomatoes that were scanning at 1p a few weeks back (I managd to find ½ dozen :)) but are now back scanning at the full price of £1.09 - shocking price for a tin of tomatoes

Are these Napolina or another brand? Just so that I know what to look out for. Thanks

    They are Tesco's own cartons.

I wonder if the 1p finds go through at the little stores. There is no self service till to sneak them past on though:(

I have but when they're gone, they're gone! You have to be pretty quick off the mark. I've managed to get dormens nuts, caperberries, tomato & chilli cartons, adzuki beans, stagg chilli and mulled wine spices. Oh, and playmobil pirates!!!!

I have only been looking for the 1p finds less than a month. They are there but when you've found them and bought them they are gone!! We need to keep looking for the new ones!!!!
