1p finds at Tesco thread

BLACK PEAS 1KG BAG was £1.99 reduced to 50p scanned at the self servce till 1p.

There the hard ones that you have to soak over night to put in stews etc? Ive never had them before and I was searching for the 1p brazil nuts but could not find them and thought I would try these because they were only 50p a kg. Got to the till and they scanned at a 1p haha.

Went to Maldon Tesco but didn't find anything for 1p. I did however get the last few boxes of Thorntons Moments @ £1.25

Also on the shelf they had as a price cut, tinned plum tomatoes, chopped tomatoes and tomatoes and herbs for: 15p, 16p and 20p all of which are pretty much half the price of tesco value tins!

Went to our local Tesco last night (Trowbridge, Wiltshire btw). Didn't get the mustard (£1.99), and no shallots or playmobil figures to be seen but did get Birds packet Rum sauce 1p (good till Jun 2012) and Birds Brandy sauce in a 500g carton (good till 02/2012)
