    Cheers m'dears,
Just about to take the washing in. Hopefully it has dried because it has been sunny & windy here this am.
Hope Mr. Tru is ok. Good luck with all hospital visits.
Need to do something with apples and tomatoes.
    Need coffee first:)
    Have a good day everyone
  • Well back from the vet, only £7.63 to get her bum squeezed and her wee claws clipped, so not so bad. Sorry if that put you off your coffee. Can't decide whether to go out or not. Have offered to get SIL nametags for niece's clothes from M&S as the same ones are 18 euros in Munich - that was the cheapest!!! but I don't want to go out in the rains. I have carrots celery half a leek and a butternut squach in the SC with some lentils, we'll see how that turns out:) Think I will make sausage rolls to go with them. Hugs and support for LW at the hossy{{}}XX

    Morning again,

Done my at home work (4 hours paid :j), cleaned the kitchen and lounge, emptied dw, made the base for a curry tomorrow, will just need to bung it in the sc with the chicken tomorrow. Veg and spuds peeled for tonight. Just need to hoover and mop then Im all done, might sit and do nothing this afternoon, feel very slightly off colour, I am sure an afternoon on the sofa will help :D

Tru, thats dreadful , hope it gets sorted today, and Mr Tru is ok xx

Jackie O and Lamewolf, good luck with your appointments xx

  • Afternoon everyone

Not managing to post everyday, but have been reading each day.
Pegged out washing this morning then the heavens opened, now stopped so have left it out to see how it goes.

DD is now out of hospital, scan results were fine, she is just waiting for an orthopeadic appt to check her leg to see what damage she has done once the swelling has gone down. She has gone back to work today on crutches as she only gets ssp if she is off.

DS2 started his new school yesterday, he said it was good but he didn't get a pudding because they had ran out of spoons:eek:( he was too nervous to ask for one). They have moved him now back into his correct school year which means he has moved from y4 to y6. I have been quite impressed with the senco at the school he rang me mid afternoon to let me know that T was getting on okay, then rang me back later to say he had arranged for educational psychologist to do a new review on him as we has moved to new area in 2 weeks time. This should mean that I have up to date information when I am visiting the local high schools.

Going to try and finish unpacking my boxes this week and get the house straight. Had hm carrot(ys) & coriander soup for my lunch (my first attempt and it was lovely). Dinner will be risotto as that is ds2 favourite. Have brushed all floors downstairs and will mop them shortly. Going to attempt to put some curtain poles up too.

jackie o & lamewolf - hope you go on ok with the appointments.
JackieG - postive vibes for the diet
Redruby - hope you feel better soon
Mioliere - Happy Birthday . Have a safe trip
NPM - Has your ds settled in ok at school?
Tru - Hope Mr Tru is ok.
    Adelight - enjoy your holiday.
Beemuzed - thinking of you and your ds.
Diva - Hope you are ok.

Enough rambling from me. Enjoy the rest of your day. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care.

  • Afternoon my lovelies :D

Been with DD to soft play this morning. Come back and cleaned the living room. Got the kitchen to do next.
Booked DS's party at the soft play centre so need to fill out 20 invites now - anyone fancy doing it for me cos I CBA :o

Just had some HM veggie soup - first time I've tried it. Very nice it was too :D Hope H likes it as I've made it for him.

Weather nice and bright here - funny that because they predicted heavy rain showers <rollseyes> Dunno why I bother looking TBH.

If I get chance want to bake a sponge cake and some biccies.

Tea tonight is bacon cous cous with peppers and mushrooms - basically cooking everything and bunging it together :rotfl: sounds more glamarous than it is really LOL.

Mioliere - Happy Birthday  Enjoy your trip to the UK and seeing all the family again.

LW - Hope everything goes well at the hospital xx

Tru - fingers crossed that someone somewhere sorts out Mr Tru and that it's nothing serious xx

redruby - hope you're feeling a bit better after your sitting on the sofa session ;)

OK need to get a move on, terrible distraction this site :o
Hugs to those that need them. Have a good day OS or not.
