It's not a Mastercard debit card you need, if such a thing exists. What you need is a pre-paid Mastercard. There are load to choose from such as Fairfx, Caxton, Neteller, the Escape card from Phones4U, etc.

one other thing ..

so i turn up with my ready printed card and carry on only bag , do i still que at the desk as normal? asume they check the passport /security questions still?

no you don't need to go to checkin desk/bag dropoff, just go straighy to security.

You will have to be at the gate 40mins before your scheduled departure time.

but don't underestimate how long it can take to get through security as sometimes it gets really busy. we still allow about 90 minutes between getting to the airport and the time the plane is due to take off and sometimes don't have that much time to spare.

no, there's usually a separate queue and you get to board first.
