 Hello all.
Many, many thanks for all the kind words and vibes for my hossy appointment. I'm such a wuss where anything medical is concerned, added to my people phobia.
Anyways, it went as well as could be expected; I've been told whenever I go, to ask only to see either the female consultant or the rheumy nurse, as apparently they don't book you in for a specific person as such (wish I'd known before!). Also, they can't give me anything else for the pain/poor sleep/fatigue as all the extras they'd normally offer are contra-indicated with my rather unusual anti-d's. But I'm to be a bit less strict with myself about taking Oramorph (ie not wait til I'm virtually in tears with the pain before I take it), and monitor when I take it (what sort of time of day) with a view to possibly increasing either the morning or evening dose of sustained release morphine.
I've gone through all today's list, but not gone overboard with scrubbing iyswim; just a quick once over, making good use of Stardrops and vinegar, which fetches the shower screen up lovely.
Miss H that's terrible that the cyclist didn't stop! On the basis of what you do comes back to you three times over, I'm sure he's due to land in a ditch full of nettles some time soon.
Ajmoney Aww, thanks, yes I'm OK, just a bit frazzled and exhausted. I fell asleep on the sofa this morning, despite several cups of coffee – luckily the Westies decided snoozing on the lounge carpet was the thing for them to do!;) Anyways, when I finally regained consciousness, I decided to plug on with today's list and my other tasks before posting – and then found a whole raft of survey invitations in my email.:D
I do hope all the young ones are now happily settled in to school – specially those who have just started attending.:o
((((HUGS)))), posi-vibes, good wishes being left in a neat pile – please help yourselves!:)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

Lamewolf Good to hear you are ok, hopefully they will be able to sort things on a permanent basis for your pain relief.
I am flying very hard...well I am if you call playing solitaire and decluttering the cards hard work. It feels like the first time I have stopped this week. I haven't been sleeping well and I know it is wrok/stress related so am trying to make sure I wind down when I come in every day. The not sleeping and work/stress is not a bad thing BTW, it is just me being a perfectionist and trying to get things done before people ask for them. I have recently taken over jobs from other people who made out they were really organised but actually had done nothing. Once I have got on top of their inability I will have a lot more time to myself and can do things when they need doing rather than playing catch up all the time!!!
That is my rant over, OH will be in with a take away in about 20 mins so I can get a few more card games decluttered before that MFW 2025 No. 7 £2331.07/£2700 MFW 2025 No. 7 £2331.07/£2700
