2pm and school ring, DS2 not feeling well so had to lift him and then back again for 3.15. Go to the hospital appointment as DS2 doesn't seem too bad. By the time we get back at 4pm he's fighting with everyone again, miracle recovery i think. :rotfl:

DW now on and dinner nearly ready. Homeworks finished and the chemist gave me some cough stuff for Rhys which he has took. :j

Kitchen looking good and livingroom and even the front hall. :j:j:j

    Now to get everyone feed...
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Hello all. Well back to the school routine today...absolutely shattered now! Dinner is on.... chick casserole from freezer. Did all my ironing last night but after yesterdays productive day i feel like today all i've done is make a mess!! Playgroup this morning. Gone through magazines pulling out ideas/ recipes etc. Started sorting out my crafty bits and bobs but got side tracked by a very emotive phone call with the ex's mum. (Her and me!) Didn't really feel like doing anything after that. Loaded dishwasher and washed up then decided to write a list for Christmas, future projects eg buying and restoring a shelf unit for kitchen and lamp table for living room. Think i'll have a blitz around when kids in bed as my super tidy friend coming round in the morning!! Hmm might ask her what her secret is. Although to be fair and with all due respect her and my other super tidy friend's house are very sterile.....both have kids but doesn't even look like they have! I like a bit of soul! Wish me luck the 2 year ol has just kicked off!! x

Finally managed to do the living room then the decorator guys knocked to see if he could start rubbing down the french doors in there. All redone now. Even cleaned all the sticky and sooty marks off the carpet so looks heaps better.

Just 5 minutes to update my list and then I need to collect DS3 from football training.

Well, so much for that plan.....ironed 1 thing and then my mum was here!!!!! She went about 10 mins ago and DD went out to give some crusts to the dog and started screaming that there was something out in the back lane....our dog going nuts and neighbour dog following" something like a ferret"(according to DD....I thought it may be a rat......small thing comes out of another garden.....it IS a ferret.....next door but ones!!! See neighbour and kids retrive the ferret!!!!!

So now I need to see whats on tv and decide if I'm going to do any ironing.......

Hope you are all well xx

Any other teachers completely shocked by the start of term?! (ducks at the onslaught of teacher bashing)

I have a new tutor group with all the years in together and they are sweet and funny, but mad as a bag of cats.

I didn't do very well today. This is my problem, I start off with good intentions and then something happens so I get sidetracked and then I feel like I can't catch up again. Todays distraction was my friend coming to visit. I haven't seen her for ages so we went out to lunch and then back to mine for a gossip and catch up. Then had to take DD1 and DD2 to doctors this evening. It feels like I haven't done anything constructive today. How do you all keep motivated each day?
