  • t............ and also need to ebay.

so do I - car was silly money last week for a service, and needs an important bit sorting in a couple of weeks which will be around £500  - so if its not fixed it may end up on Ebay :rotfl: So Toots, and anyone else who wants to join in - a small challenge - I will if you will...

DS seems to have had another good day at school - and I've found he's another closet "peg matching" wannabe flylady - should I worry??

    Evening all,

Gig hugs Toots i hope your feeling a bit better now.

On the way home from the school run we had torential rain so bad i couldn't see the road in front of me properly. It only lasted 2 minutes but my almost dry washing was wringing wet, i could barely lift the basket it was so heavy. I had to spin it in the wm and then td it. I also put my chair cover in the td and OH and i had to fight to get it back on, i think it may have shrunk slightly.

I also took OH to pick up his car and then we went to his for tea. I managed to list another 2 items on Ebay before i picked up Ds2. I'm selling a stair gate and forgot to put collection only in the postage part. I did put it in the description part but someone has still messaged me to ask if i'd post it for free. Then someone else offered me £10 for it if i changed it to BIN, i'm tempted to accept, i don't think i'd get much more than that for it when they're not a lot more new.

    Evening all

Been out with lads and lasses from work to an Italian in Valliland (the one near the doughnut ;) ) Had a good time until I realised that I managed to acquire a parking ticket :mad::mad: <<<<<< that is only the half of what I feel. Stupid me assumed it was the same as last time I parked there ie no charge after 6pm. Alas twas not to be, having double checked on t'interweb it seems they charge pretty much 24/7 now :( So it has turned into a spensive (W's turn of phrase!) night. There were at least 4 of us parked there and to my knowledge definitely 1 and possibly another didn't pay and display either, will find out later if I was the only 'lucky' one!

And on that note I am offski to bed.

If others did pay and display try asking for their ticket then write to the car park people saying you had paid and include the evidence. Inly problem is if its one of those silly machines where you input your reg no. HTH
  • Well today all I have managed to achieve is popping some portions of rice salad in the freezer for future stir fries and decanting clean clothes from the drier and putting them away. No ironing either HURRAH!

Considering the fact today the pain has hit me super hard I am quite chuffed. Had a total upside down sleep so maybe I will knock a couple of things of the list in a bit.

We will see, whatever I manage counts if not there is always tomorrow x

Big Hugs & Spoons all round,
Ty for your kind wishes too xx

  • anyone still up? finally finished what should have been 15mins paperwork sort (started 9.30pm) but have got boiler service booked, RAC cover with clubcard points sorted, (inputting 12 digit codes for £108 when most of my vouchers are between £1 and 4:mad:),loads of stuff filed and envelopes ready for posting.

got in just after 6 today and cabbage patch meeting seems to have had an effect. DH had blitzed most of todays list (I had left it 'accidentally' by kettle. DS2 had put pizza dough mix into BM when he got in from school so it was ready for me to make the pizzas. DD had walked dog so i manged to clear decks of paperwork as flying was mostly sorted.:j:j
