Ugh, still getting bit to pieces but now seeing fleas on rug, but they don't jump when you go to pick them up, they're a bit dopey - hopefully thats a sign that the spray is beginning to work0

Yep, it can take a few days to kill off all the adult fleas. Wait until 24hrs after spraying to let it start to take effect then hoovering daily will help, and will also help to remove any pupae if you get into all the nooks & crannies with the nozzle.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
Ugh, there's nothing worse is there? I tell you, I remember when we had an almighty infestation in our old house, during the peak of summer. One night DH and I went to bed, not aware that we had any problem... sat on the edge of the bed chatting... we both looked down at the same time and shrieked in horror as we saw our legs and ankles were covered in fleas. There were hundreds and hundreds, in all the carpets, it was as though they had exploded from nowhere in their thousands, all at once.
We used very heavy-duty spray and did the entire house. We ripped all the carpets up and burned them (they were crap anyway) and hoovered twice a day every day.
Our house had never been so clean. Just thinking back to it now makes me shudder "Your life is what your thoughts make it"

R.i.P our beautiful girl Suki. We'll love and miss you forever
