I do so hope I'm wrong but something isn't ringing true to me about this :(

Alarm bells are ringing in my ears. I will say no more, but I will pray for all the animals in distress tonight.

  • Can only hope that the pup gets a good home now and has the op to sort out the prolapse asap.
Would be interested which rescue centre it was in the end as I know its not easy to get them to take on staffies.

Emma thanks for your help, its good to know there are peole willing to go out of their way to help animals.

They've been to see her this afternoon. A lady works for the rescue centre and recently lost a dog herself will have her after. She is a single lady with no children and plenty of time to spend with the puppy :) Now unless you all want her vital statistics and life history i'm done with replying to this thread.

I wanted help with rehoming her, she will be rehomed.

Thanks to those that helped :) x

which rescue is it?They deserve a mention not only for what they are doing for this pup but because it may be helpful to others to know :)
If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?
  • Absolutely - its often very hard to find rescues who can take on a cross like this, (some refuse to take any staffy, or staffy x hand ins, as they are so inundated and these dogs sadly so often fill a kennel for so long) so it would be good to know for future reference

    Yes they're very near.

I will check with them tomorrow if they mind me naming them on here. I'm a little reluctant to do it without their permission in case everyone searching on google to try and rehome a staff cross finds this thread and calls them. They're lovely people and I know they wouldn't turn a dog away based on breed, but they're very small and don't want them to get calls from everyone with staffs! :o

Once i've checked it's ok i'll post once more with the name :)

Thanks again for all the help x

  • That sounds like a great home. hope it works out well please can you just let everyone know which rescue centre it is as most centres rely on donations etc and it would be good publicity for them. Glad the pup will have a nice life:)

Thought you go the link from this thread? In which case it doesn't matter does it :)

Why would they not want their names mentioned? In my mind only a dodgy place would not want to be mentioned!
