Glad they got nack to you Susan. Keep us posted :)

Next customers... I've cleared my sale slurge. But can I maybe put £5 credit on my account a week till the after Christmas sale? So I'm spending saved money not getting it in 'tick. lol Coz, that way I wouldn't feel guilty at all.
  • I am so  for you Beenie, but I agree with others that something better is coming your way.

Now this is the question I want answered, are they saying if anyone in the household earns £44k or just the person claiming?

I had assumed that it would be if either parent earns £44k, but I haven't actually seen that written anywhere yet.

Aww Beenie :( I am very sad and enraged for you :( they had better deliver asap for you!!

In other news, FIL went to airport to collect guest 2... whose flight departure date is indeed 4th October... from NY, landing on 5th October :p one more night without an extra tenant I guess! Hard on FIL especially with tube strike today though!

:rotfl: at the mix up! That sounds like something that my Mum would do.

I'm glad you got replies to your letter Susan, I hope the follow ups are equally satisfactory.

I picked up some of the Ariel stain remover that Becles recommended for £2.50 in Asda so hopefully that will clean up some of Henry's clothes.

Haven't had chance to catch up properly... but hugs for Beenie and hope the good luck fairy will wave her magic wand for you soon:)

New mummy worries here (although I've been a mummy for 14 years:o:rotfl:) Daisy has been proper sick 3 times today... we're talking huge amount of projectile vomit soaking clothing, blankets and evrything in sight:( When do I start getting concerned???:o

Little madam was awake at 4am with no intentions of going back to sleep!! I'm feeling very tired now:(

Some good news is that we've bought a new car:j:j:j We've upgraded from a 3 door Fiesta.... to 5 door Focus! Not much of an upgrade but it's a lot newer and we were struggling with getting carseat in and out of back of 3 door car.

    Sooooo.............

Ex's mother (groan) just rang me to let me know ex is in (a mental) hospital having taken one failed overdose of heroin, methadone, cocodamol, anti depressants blah blah, and then on being released from hospital does it again within one hour  The fact he even knows where to get such things scares me. He doesn't know any such dealers in this town, i know that much!!

He is still alive, but not well. :( He clearly needs help and i wish i could give it but can't forgive him for everything he has done prior to this.

Not sure if anyone remembers my fondness (!) towards his mother but that was an awkward conversation. She said she's got his phone and had been reading his texts, the last one of which was a few days ago when i said i was worried about him. If she scrolled down a bit she'll see one where i referred to his "w@nker of a mother" LOL :rotfl: :o:o haha!

    Afternoon,

    Hugs all round.

Heard from Union man, he recommends that I put in a formal grievance, he left a message on the answer machine this morning. I've phoned and left a message asking who the heck do I address it to as all the management are involved.

The driver has just called round to drop off a letter to say that my appeal hearing will be postponed until I return.

I'm very chuffed, all the felt has come off the shed roof, I come home from getting Katie from playgroup to find DH home from work and in the process of re-felting said roof - only because I've told him he can't do any work on his bike until that and the gutters are fixed :)
Proud to be dealing with my debts
    DD Katie born April 2007!
3 years 9 months and proud of it
