Have you sent him out on the game again?

    ;)

    :rotfl:

I asked him if he'd had a woman in bed with him this morning while I was at Tesco. He said "no, of course not, why?"

My reply - "Because the bed is made and the curtains are open!" :rotfl:

He is out promoting his new night hoping they get a lot of people in so he brings home lots of [STRIKE]shoe money [/STRIKE]money for food and bills

OMG that brings it all back. My ex used to run Ents for unions and I was forever getting drawn into handing out flyers for new nights, gigs etc.

BUT 80p a drink!!! I didn't think they were allowed to promote those kind of discounts these days...or is it just the student unions that have to promote 'responsible' drinking?

Hope it goes well for him.

FWIW - my ex moved to a 'day job' in ents so he started coming home at 5.30pm every evening...it was the end of our relationship!!!

Not really sure about the prices actually, hadn't thought about that. I know a club in another town he was djing at weren't allowed to have 90p drinks as it was too cheap, but they really wanted to do it as it was a 90's night. Manage to compromise at 99p drinks, not that that's much better. Must be a bit slacker here in Leeds!

I really need my bed anyway. Delivering a wedding cake first thing tomorrow and I need my beauty sleep (desparately lol!!)

    3hr51mins.

I reckon I could do it in 2hr30mins so long as I don't see any speed cameras :D lol, nah. It took us just over 5 hours to get to Leeds stopping every hour for 5mins. And 4 to get to Blackpool.
