Morning all wanted to say thanks to smartie re the seahorse as he was a bit unsettled after the midnightish feed but the luballies and seasounds helped drift him off. Have a dilema meant to have a docs appointment at 2ish but forecast is for heavy rain at the mo not sure can drive as had c section just under 5 weeks ago so would have to walk or catch bus, is a good 20 minute walk or 10 min for bus so will prob get soaked as maybe would baby. So do I drive, risk walking or cancel appointment for next week, will have to decide before lunch!!

You don't have to wait. You can drive as soon as you feel able too, can do an emergency stop without pain or fear of pain and can turn round to reverse. I drove after 2 weeks and could have after just 1 but since DH was there I didn't need too till 2 weeks. Though, I could drive the big car, the megane made me a bit stiff and sore. Trial and error. (ofcourse this is too late now)

I am not getting asda to deliver my food ever again! I bought an olay wrinkle cream on offer at £5, it didn't arrive and my oranges are rotten, very rotten. Called them up and after some serious attitude (did you check every single bag? Just one item doesn't usually go missing so it's a bit strange) she said she would call back. Nothing since. Have tried a few times to call but its not being answered. SO I'm down a fiver and still have wrinkles. And rotten oranges.

hello swagbucks users. One of you clicked thru to CFR yesterday via SB.

I am a bit puzzled by the google analytics of SB so if that person didn't mind saying it was them I'd be grateful to ask a question about it :)

    hi everyone

i'm on my last days here at this job (woo hoo).

will try and catch up with the thread tonight, but think i am also on sausage roll making duty

weezl - i know i put CFR in the search on SB yesterday but i didn't click through to the actual website as i dont think it came up on my screen. i did this search after Sami made a suggestion to you, so it might have been her?

happy to do a search for you now though if you need?

I had to put .co.uk on the end and its near the bottom of the first page then, if i put only cheap family recipes it doesnt show on the first page,

like this - cheap family recipes.co.uk

Have been busy planning our next weekend away... Going to stay between Southport and Wigan to visit friends over there, the first week in November..

Sooo... Who's up for a meet?

    Date: Friday 5th Nov 2010
    Time: Lunchtime onwards
    Location: Fun2b in Warrington

Google maps tells me it will take me 22 mins to get there. I have 3 days holidays left. May just book one and combine with a mornings Christmas shopping in Warrington. Have never been shopping in the town centre, but then there's always Ikea and M&S.......... wonders off thinking because you can't turn down a chance to meet MSE miracle baby Rhys!

thanks guys that's really helpful, I don't know much about swagbucks, so that makes more sense now.

JM it's a .org.uk, so the .co.uk part might not help?

Is it just a regular search engine with incentive scheme then?

Ah I dont know then but it didnt come up without the co.uk but did with it, i wonder why? yeah you just get points for random searches and eventually can swap them for amazon vouchers.

i will give .org.uk a try and see where it comes up.

i have only been on SB over a week, but it does give you the function of searching (with the incentive scheme as you say) along with other ways to earn SB.

[Edit] - i have just done the search with .org.uk and it comes up forth in the list and i clicked through the website itself

:rotfl: I meant to say earlier, I had an errand to run in a place I've not been before. I was heartily amused to find a street called Rimstingerstr. hehehe

    That amused me too :rotfl:

It's lashing down with rain here. I've already been soaked at work this morning, and I've got to take the dogs out in it now. Will have to find my waterproofs and wellies.
Here I go again on my own....
