no longer have to strip Kian off for weigh-ins
but we did this one in the nuddy anyway.
feel free to moan for the next section as i talk about Kian and food lol!! again!!
he has lost a little weight (2oz) since we were last there and so we spoke at length bout his eating and drinking and how active he is. we have to keep a food diary for a min of 2 weeks (she's not there till end of month) and they will have a look and see if he is eating enough and what he is drinking. I think his new found confidence with the walker and being more active has summat to do with, but as I got a bit teary they are helping me out.
he's currently munching on a breadstick and trying to type for me+++*4
then talked bout his lack of pooing regularly so we are off to Dr on mon to talk about this.
ignore the random numbers that was Kaian'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
Aww Jillie, I'm sure it will be ok hun, just an active bubba who slowed down on his weight for a while. Maddy was 20lb13oz 4 weeks ago, she's 14 months now but much smaller than my friends babies. She doesn't eat anywhere near what the books say she should but I'm not bothered. XToo many children, too little time!!!0

Jillie, I've been worried that the Stinkmeister General isn't eating enough, so I give her things she can graze on or carry around and eat as she's exploring. She won't sit and eat a full bowl of something, but if there's the equivalent amount of food in chunks she can pick up and come back to she'll get through it. She's just too impatient for sitting down for mealtimes - is it possible Kian's the same way, and might it help?
Feel free to ignore me if you've tried it, but it's working for us so I thought I'd share.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

On the verge of ordering, please help me out, is a waterproof footmuff and a decent hood on the pushchair a good alternative to a raincover?Too many children, too little time!!!0

That sounds very positive Tia, and I'm fine, it was just a bit of motion sickness, cause I am a big girl and get seasick on children's rides.
Have a good night. If it helps, my hyper organised self has daily tasks (dishes, wipe down counters, clear toys away at night, put away 10 random items), weekly tasks that happen every week (vacuuming, laundry, clean bathroom/toilet), weekly tasks for a specific week and monthly tasks. Would a format like that work for you?
Possily. But then I don't stick to it. I do have to try something t0hough. It's disorganisation.
*It's good to think that it might make it better for others in the future but I am worried about it still being the same if the same thing happens to me again. I think I would be tempted to go to a different hospital.
I am pretty sure you could, not that it will happen again.

Edit, I don't think she'd mind me telling you, thought it might be easier for her than having to explain when she comes on. -+

he is a bit like that. he will throw his toast on the floor, then 10 mins later be happy to munch on a breadstick as he plays. he hates been spoonfed unless its a yogurt so he eats everything from the tray of his highchair. he is happy to do this and if he doesnt want to eat drops the food over the edge.Aww Jillie, I'm sure it will be ok hun, just an active bubba who slowed down on his weight for a while. thanks
he's weighing 18lb 13oz today. he was full of a cold though for 4 days and then has had 2 big teeth come through as well.
today he's ate 1/4 slice of toast. small bit of ham, 3 breadsticks and 1 biscotti (he loves them but the heinz ones are not cheap)
he's drank 8oz bottle of formula and then 3 oz of moo milk with another 4oz of water.
tea in a bit will be some chicken pie, mash and a roasted potato.will see how much he eats and then a fromage frais (or 2 ) for afters. or a pot of fruit puree
does that seem enough? he is skinny as you can see from FB pics'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
