Went shopping at Mr M's this morning and Dasiy was sooo good!:D But my section scar is starting to really hurt and it looks like a tiny tiny bit of it has opened up very slightly:eek::o

this happened to me after jasmine :( it was so minging and im really squemish so if i looked at it i nearly passed out! i had to put a pad over it for a while, seemed to take a while for it to properly close, i think it must be fairly common because the midwifes and doctor didnt seem at all concerned, just be carful incase it starts getting sore cos it will get infected fairly easily, mine got infected not long after too which didnt help the healing process!

I once gave Alice a cuddly toy I hadn't intended to as she loved it so much. She insisted on carrying it home in her arms and when we were almost home she sighed and said, "I'm so happy because I've got this puppy."
that is so lovely! :A I've got my fingers crossed and shall put a word in with him upstairs too :)
It also reminds me; my sister has got a puppy, He's a little andrex puppy-alike called [ REMOVED]and I get to look after him this weekend while she goes to watch Wigan [STRIKE]play [/STRIKE]win the grand final :D

The past two days jake has come home in tears because of dinner time at school, im so chuffing annoyed, both days there wasnt any deserts left by the time he went up so he got a piece of fruit, so he had to sit there with an apple while other kids were tucking into chocolate cake:mad::mad: im so mad, i spoke to the teacher this morning and apparently they get a choice between fruit and cake, so have 15 portions of fruit out and 15 portions of cake, obviously the cakes are going to go first, what incentive is he going to have to finish his dinner now, i wouldn't mind if they all had fruit, the teacher just said 'its one of those things..' why cant they have enough for everyone!! he's happy apart from this so am annoyed that something that can be so easily resolved(ie have enough desert for everyone!!), its ice cream tubs today on the menu so if he comes home and tells me he had fruit again i swear i will flip!! he does eat quite slow so i cant see him ever being one of the first to finish *sigh*

    anyway... fingers crossed susan
That is shocking! Its not like they won't have any more because they'll be feeding upto another 200 pupils after Jakes class

Almost everyday I pick Chris up from nursery I get told he's had 2 desserts, the staff think he's lovely and spoil him rotten!
I know they are supposed to serve healthy stuff and chips are rarely served these days because they're labelled as awful but Chris won't touch potatoes unless they are chips or wedges so he ends up filling up on dessert and fruit later.

I have sent requests to those who are my friend, Could people 'like' the BB facebook page and post on the wall saying you were invited by me please, you need to know my full name which if you don't I'm [REMOVED] you should find my name on there as I posted :)
Its so I can win a Bee themed Smart trike for Ed
    Thank you in advance :kisses3:

When I was in Year One I missed my class going in for dinner so was the last person in the school in. The pudding lady gave me a double pudding because she knew I ate lots and the Y6 boys were already lined up waiting for seconds so she knew there wouldn't be by left by the time I'd eaten my first lot.

In my school Reception and the Year Ones who hadn't been put up with the Year Twos all went in first so they would have always had a choice of everything on the menu. But having said that, I don't ever remember there not being enough of the "nice" puddings for those who wanted and there was always seconds available.

Oh, I could cry. 95% Experienced job, I managed to score an interview and the rep con sent through the address of the company - it's nowhere near where I thought it would be and involves an 1h15m commute and 2 buses. I'm keeping the interview just to keep my options open, but would have to be feeling desperate to take it. *cries for perfect job in bad location* :o:o

Well, it doesn't fit in OH's M3 (which btw, has been up for sale since last December).

We're looking to replace our current car and looking at this option. The BMW 3 series we have has the tiniest boot ever!

And, it takes up less space in the house than the SX did. But I shrink it down to the lowest setting so V can push it about with her doll (or buzz or woody, or a pack of wotsits) in it. How cute would a Stokke dolls pram be? :o

    awwwwww
They have treated me so shabbily that I just want to move on TBH. Although I am not really moving on from the job...just the office and our dreams of world domination (our tender).

Hubby has just called. His business has been in trouble for some time now - the current state of the economy has meant that contractors are holding onto payments for a little bit longer so he is having to spend a lot of time chasing late money (which he is not very good at TBH). Anyway, yesterday he sent an email to his biggest client saying that things were not good and he was thinking of winding the company up. They asked him to go in and see them at 8am today.

He has just come out and they have decided to set up a new division of their bigger company specialising in hubby's field and they were going to approach hubby to run it :j:j

It couldn't be better timing - if it all comes off it will be a bl00dy miracle but I would love to see him with the weight of the company lifted off his shoulders.

Also - he hasn't brought in a regular wage since we have been together - if he starts a job with a salary we will be rolling it it :rotfl::rotfl: I might have to give up MSE and go and find a forum called MoneyWasters R US or something :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm jumpin gup and down for you - brilliant news :j:j:j

I'm very very sad right now. My best 'mummy' friend has just told me her husband has a new job (yeah friends husband), but in London - thats bout as far away in the UK from us now as possible. I'm so sad. But happy for her and being positive and upbeat and I know we'll keep in touch, but I'm still sad. We spent quite a lot of time together with the LOs being the same age and Annabel actually plays and likes her LO lots. :(

  • Would you definitely be based where the interview is? D went for an interview miles away for a job that was down the road once...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Fingers crossed for you Susan. I fell pregnant with Henry the cycle after a miscarriage and couldn't believe it.

:j For your OH, MFD. That is just awesome news and I really hope it all comes off ok.

Aargh for the job Aless. Still interview practice is always good and maybe it will help you perfect your intervew technique for when the perfect job in the perfect location comes up.

I've like BB for you Sami and said you sent me. Fingers crossed you win.

:TFor Alice's lunch, could she come and make mine now please? Actually we are just off to my Grandparents for lunch when his lordship wakes up.......
