I always enter the code into my Amazon account straight away and then whenever I make any orders I can choose to take from the giftcard balance first before paying any remainder by card.

hope DH is successful...could you be a SAHM??

Nope! I am not the SAHM type!! I could possibly work fewer days though...if I could find a job that would let me do so!!

Hubby uses it more than I do! It's great to read from but because it is linked to Amazon the books are often full price....so I still buy books that I want when I see them at bargain prices!

If I were being honest I would probably go for an Ipad if I were going to look at something similar.

I'm impressed. Alice just requested lunch so I told her she could go and make some lunch just for her. She returned with a sensibly buttered slice of bread and a chunk of gorgonzola and a plate.

    Morning:D

Sir M... Daisy is being a lot more awake during the day now. We play, have lots of background noise going on etc. I give her a feed about 10pm ish then take her to her cot with no lights on, give a dummy if needed and have the Fisher price Seahorse (I bought it whilst pregnant because of seeing it mentioned on here whilst lurking;)) which is just brill!!:)

When she wakes during night we keep it dark (put a dim lamp on for nappy change) feed her then put her straight back in cot. No eye contact, talking etc. She'll go back to sleep fine but has started having a "chat" with seahorse and a wiggle from about 5am:rotfl:This morning she started getting quite unsettled about 6 but wasn't due a feed so I had lovely cuddles with her in bed:D

Isn't it funny how when you have a baby random people come up to you saying "oh you've had your baby then" then start chatting to you as if you know them.... and you're thinking "who the BEEP are you???":rotfl:

Went shopping at Mr M's this morning and Dasiy was sooo good!:D But my section scar is starting to really hurt and it looks like a tiny tiny bit of it has opened up very slightly:eek::o

fingers crossed as appropriate for jobs and other things.....

we have a house of whingy poorly babies still, have sent jack to school so i can have a rest today but now dd has started with the coughing so looks like we're in for another few days of it.

my tiny love playmat came from ebay, it looks lovely and is immaculate. Some people are rediculous about 2nd hand things, one of my friends was like 'but yuck someone elses baby has been lying on it and probably been sick on it', hello i can stick it through the washer!!!!

MFD, hows the sleeping going? did you get B staying up any later, just wondered if you were feeling better about it all

need to iron and clean and be bothered to do anything but cba
