thank you sami, very useful feedback, I have published that change now, Google has cached the old version though so it may be a little time before the new description is refreshed there.

We have just over 13,000 unique users now. And a lovely retired TV cook called Shirley Goode, also wrote to us offering her help! Which is amazing :)
ooh a real life shirl :D I wonder if you found you googling herself :p
I'm looking at all your lovely recipes but keep thinking but I really want a nice juicy steak :o:p naughty me!

Beenie it's a Siemens with a 5yr guarantee. My washing machine has a 10yr one. It's also 'B' rated which is great for a condenser dryer.
I went to look at TDs in comet t'other day and was shocked that they only had 2 B rated and both were over £400 whats that all about! Our washer is AAArated I expected to be able to get 'just' an A for my money - how naive was I!
Beenie they did have 2 or 3 for around £180 and the woman said they'll price match and do free delivery if you find a better deal if that helps you at all :)

Could I please have some fingers crossed type vibes for OH? He's got to go to the chest pain clinic at 3pm which is where they send suspected cases of angina for tests. I just get worried about heart stuff as my dad died of a heart attack at 46 when I was 20.

    Hope all goes ok xx

Tumble drier looks like a good buy Beenie IMO. They're really useful if you can't get things line dried. Mine is on at the moment as I washed all the childrens bedding this morning.

I've seen the lights in the toilets at school! They are motion detection ones and it is very dark until they click on. The teacher said she hasn't helped Charlotte at all with the toilet as she seemed so independant so they just let her get on with it. We've agreed with Charlotte that if the lights are off she's going to ask the teacher to go in and put them on for her. The teacher said feels like she spends all day in the toilet with some of them and just as she said it, a little boy grabbed her hand and said he needed the toilet so she walked off saying "and here I go again" :rotfl:

Work went better today. All the stands came to my home address this time and I manged to set them up and find enough stock to fill them. Then had to buy a Greggs pasty for lunch as they are making up poems about pies and pasties on my website and I've been craving a Greggs pasty all morning!

Just got a letter from school saying Josh's library books are overdue again so he's going to get a kick up the bum when he gets in! I know one them is here as I saw it on his sofa when I was in his room yesterday. Hopefully he will know where the other one is otherwise we have to pay to replace them.
Here I go again on my own....

Wow a 5 year guarantee is impressive!

My White Knight is an A rated, but its a con cos it's only A rated if you put it on the economy setting which basically takes about 8 hours. Fine if you are happy to leave it overnight, but i don't like to have it on that long cos the dog sleeps in the cupboard with it. Most are C rated, i'm not gonna look too much into that cos i don't have big money to outlay at the start,

That's good to know, will have to weigh up the clubcard points and stuff see what's better. I don't really wanna spend this much but i don't wanna buy a crappy 3kg-load thing with on/off as the only features.

I've never owned a Whirlpool appliance - does anyone have any horror stories for me? :p

So i need to invest in a new one.. and not a White Knight. It needs a 6kg+ load, sensor drying and reverse tumble.

I had no idea dryers did such things. Mine is a tiny one we inherited from OH's Nan 8 years ago and it's still doing its job. Does a fancy pants one mean less ironing? :p:D

Well, I went to Asda to get everything I need to make The Takeaway Secret Doner Kebabs for tea. (Salesshopper i've PM'd you).

I also accidentally bought some lovely boots - i'm blaming Stoke and it's crappy weather for forcing me to go to Asda and forcing me to buy boots. :o

I also got some new jeans and a couple of tops for J for Christmas. They don't often have much age 13-14 in stock, but there was quite a bit in today, so I thought I should get it while its there.

I came back to an envelope from DWP containing copies of all of J's reports, Dr, School, Statement etc, but no covering letter. We're waiting to hear from the appeal (his DLA was reduced in July) so I phoned to ask what this envelope was about.
They said it means the appeal has been unsuccessful :( and it will now have to go to tribunal. Not actually sure what that means or what happens next, but i'll apparently be sent a tribunal date soon.

I'm really . There are thousands of lazy b's all over this sh!!!! country claiming DLA for dodgy bad backs, alcoholism and drug addiction, and because the government are trying to save money they're telling me my 13 year old son who can't speak and needs his mum to wipe his backside, brush his teeth, shower him & dress him, "doesn't need significantly more help than any other 13 year old".

I'm off to start my kebabs - it's quite good, you have to beat the cr*p out of the lamb mince to make it smooth. I think i'll enjoy it. :D

:D My current one does all those things so i'd feel like i was downgrading if i didn't replace with one :p

Reverse tumble means less ironing. Actually my current one does intermittent tumbles after it's finished "anti-crease" which is annoying if you went to bed. I don't iron anyway. Unless i've dug DS' PE kit out of the washing basket on a Monday cos i didn't do a dark wash over the weekend  (Yes i did this on Monday haha!)

i dont know what morrisons policy is on these vouchers, but ASDA only let you use vouchers for 10% of the bill.

i switched to paypal instead ;) then i can use them where i want.

I think it's the same for MOC's in Morrys but luncheon vouchers are treated as cash and there's no limit to how many you can use at once.

I asked CS last year when i went armed with £30 worth in the Xmas rush. I felt embarrassed then so i think i will split my shop into a few trips :o

Have another £4 on its way too, they must like my profile cos i never used to get many surveys at all.

I don't fancy Paypal cos you get charged don't you, if you have the premium account (the one you need to sell stuff on ebay?) and i would spend it on crap from eBay and never see the benefit :o

3 - thts rubbish. I'm fuming on your behalf. May I suggest speaking to your MP? You're very good at things like that though so suspect you've already done it.

Good news on the boots though! I'm debating on whether I need some uggs this winter...............................
