Just got back from blackberry foraging (inspired by GISI's bounty) and managed a large mixing bowl's worth before Finn got stroppy in his pushchair. Now I have my legendary blackberry pie in the oven, a large pot of cream and cannot WAIT for after dinner
. Not to mention a huge bunch of blackberries leftover so I think I need to acquire some jam jars very shortly or get to baking lots more!!
:j Yippee for blackberries! We have a second crumble for later and I made apple and blackberry turnovers today too. I also have bramble jelly and apple and blackberry jelly!ladybirdintheuk wrote: »Bexta it is hard isn't it. Especially for anyone like me, who isn't naturally tidy. To start with so long as we all had clean clothes to wear and clean plates to eat off I was happy. Now I try and keep things a bit more under control but it doesn't always happen!
You sound exactly like me. As long as things are clean I CBA with tidy unless we have guests.
