MFD Somebody else said she now looked like L yesterday. And the crazy old lady who works in the Co-op was talking to V the other day, repeatedly calling her L. :rotfl:

I can't see it myself though, with L having dark brown eyes and hair, a V having light blue eyes and [STRIKE]ginger[/STRIKE] dirty blonde hair.

Similar shaped faces and facial features :D

MFD - it wasn't so much the Stokke, but the fact she was all dolled up, AND had a Stokke AND Ugg boots but said she didn't buy anything unless she needed it :rotfl: I actually told her I liked the pushchair. One was green and one was cream. Green was my fave :D

ETA - when it was cold I used to put Caitlyn in a vest and fleecy sleepsuit.

Does anyone know what the primark sizing is like on the sleepsuits?

  • Gave up on napping in bed - she was asking for her buggy, so went for a walk instead. Only to find 3 police cars and a van round the back by the garages, with all the policemen standing around stopping people going up the path where we normally go for a walk. Not a problem, we just went the other way, but now I want to know what they were doing! I assume it is probably a training exercise rather than something dramatic, but I will have a look on the news later just in case ;)

Then one of them kept going on about how she wanted a girl, she had 2 boys, didn't really want another but wanted a girl so tried again and got another boy. She said how disappointed she was at the scan. Now she's thinking of having another to try and have a girl.
That must be so awful for her sons.

Where do you get fleecy sleepsuits from? And do I need them?

For the past few nights, Caitlin has been in a long-sleeved vest and a 2.5 tog sleeping bag, and was planning to change it to short-sleeved vest and a sleepsuit/PJs as well as the sleeping bag when it gets even colder. That's what she wore last winter. Where do fleecy sleepsuits come in?
We put Alice in fleecy sleep suits last winter so that we didn't have to worry about her getting cold from not being under the duvet as she was new to being in a bed. Before then she was in the cot and had sleeping bags so we never used fleecy sleepsuits.

we nearly went there 2 days ago... DH wanted to go for a drive, and we ended up going the incredibly long way to whitby.... and then he suggested scarborough but after that drive i just wanted to go home.....:rotfl:
 That is a long drive. Although I can remember going on some long drives round Northumberland on occasion when Alice had a cold and wasn't sleeping very well.

I want to put the heating on but i have visions of all the still-damp wallpaper peeling off the walls

I just wish I'd had a haircut and facial before the show like everyone else did :D
I was slightly jealous when I saw your hair. Mine is similar length and if I wore it down it certainly wouldn't look anywhere near as good as yours does - it would be a wild mess.
