  • Evening all

Firstly, happy birthday to Kian for tomorrow :j.

Am posting this now as we are away at the IL's tomorrow til sat.

I just want to say thanks to each and every one of you for 'being here' for the past 21 months. Since I first poked my head into the preg thread in Jan 09 I have laughed with you, cried with you and experienced every emotion inbetween .

Without you, I would have been so much less knowledgeable about pregnancy, birth and being a Mum. A lot of the things I know, I would not even have thought about to research, and I know I am a better parent than I would have been without you all :T.

I would love to mention everybody individually as each have their own 'quirks' but I would be afraid I'd leave somebody out :o. This evenings offerings just make me :rotfl:and make me so glad that I fould these boards.

My little girl is 1 tomorrow :j:eek::T and I think she is doing all right (apart from the sleeping which I am sure I could sort if I was as brave as some of you are with the 'letting your LO cry til they sleep' routine). I am certain I have you all to thank for her being so wonderful as I have pinched so much advice from here, so here it is

:D THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO HAS EVER POSTED :D

I look forward to being here for the next year and working through the trials and tribulations the next stage brings :A

Hugs to all as always (especially Jillie, Weezl and Tara) and I'll be back lurking on Sat night/Sunday.

    Have a good weekend xxx

Happy Birthday to Charlotte and Kian xx

Have a good trip away JAM xx

Got a couple of calls to do for work this morning, but they're not too bad.
Here I go again on my own....
  • How great that you had had all the conversations early though - I knew what was happening but not because of anything my mother had told me. I was hideously embarrassed to tell her what had happened.
I was 13 when mine started but was still too hideously embarrassed to tell my Mum... She was never the sort of Mum you could talk to about things... I hope I have a better relationship with my children!!

Happy birthday Kian and Charlotte today :):)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
