Very nice
what's that topping?
Its cream cheese and icing sugar but it was quite runny so think I should have used a marscapone /icing sugar mix instead.chopsticks wrote: »Maz - the cake looks yummy. We had a huge glut of courgettes this year. It was the first time I'd grown them and all four plants yielded quite a lot. I've chopped them and put them in the freezer for pasta sauces and such like. I think they'll be too soggy for cake though once defrosted.
We only had four plants too and they had loads on..sometimes we let them grow oversized and my mate has them..We've had to take all our tomatos off the plants as they are so heavy with fruit. They'll just have to ripen on the windowsill now - still loads for tomato soup now!!Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
