  • Morning all!

Just a very quick hello before I dash off to work. Both my boys are still asleep upstairs which is just so cute.

I am loving all the photos- baby ones and bigger back to school/nursery ones so thank you to everyone who's posted them.

Well done on no milk again, E!

Catch you all later- the advantage of starting work at stupid o'clock is that I do at least finish at three!

Michelle, the Bingo is a pita, lol. I like the actual Bingo bit but not the forums, so i don't think i'll be making any money from it.

But i am liking the swagbucks, much easier :D

I redeemed a voucher yesterday so am feeling very positive about the bingo :rotfl:

But I have not won so much as a single poxy Swagbuck.

Gill, my family do all kinds of similar things. My mother fed all the stuff Husband had planned to use for Boxing Day dinner to their dog in protest because he doesn't like the (untrained, aggressive) dog and wanted to make sure it was nowhere near Molly.

Well done E on no night feeds :j

Molly slept through all night, lovely child, needed shushing once but no proper waking and no feeding AND no migrating into our bed!

Also, I have been wetting myself laughing at this video: it's a snippet of Englisch fur Anfangern - English for Beginners, and a good friend of mine is the bad date. They've been recruiting English speakers for bit parts for ages and they're always hilarious. Call a Cowboy! :rotfl:

    Morning all!

Just popping on briefly as need to do some last-minute packing and such before we leave for the airport. Not sure if there'll be internet access in the far outer reaches of Scotland (lol, not that they don't have it, but whether our hotel provides it!), so you lot behave yourselves ;).

Can I ask a question, morning crew?

My lovely girl is losing interest in eating, she will only eat things she can perambulate with and then she seems to get bored very quickly. How can I force enough calories into her?

If she is otherwise fit and healthy, I wouldn't worry too much. They tend to eat when they are hungry.

With mine I just put down a plate of whatever we were having and sometimes it got eaten and sometimes it didn't. Charlotte is three now, and sometimes she clears her plate, but other times she just picks at it.

Thanks Becles - it's great to hear from people who have bigger kids they haven't accidentally starved to death :)

    Enjoy your trip Aless.

SS, cheese strikes me as something very portable and caloric at the same time...I'm sure Miss Molly won't starve herself!!

Did anyone else back books and what did you back them with? Mine were a mix of footballers and boy band posters.

I used to cut out loads of little pics from smash hits, just 17 etc and use stickers that were always being given away with them for my exercise books then cover them in sellotape! No sticky backed plastic here!

You joke but there actually might not be! :rotfl::rotfl:

Well done to Molly and Elliot on their good nights.f calo

Sugar how about full fat cream cheese and avocado on toast? It's a favourite here and plenty of calories.

Going to Harewood House today with Millie's Mum. It's pouring with rain though and I don't have a raincover for the pushchair! Really need to get a new one and a cover as DH can't push ours as the brake is directly under the handlebar and he's too tall to bend over funny to push it like I do.

Might need to find my umbrella and use the sling today.
