Thanks Bruno and Michelle, she does seem a lot better this morning... Although she wasn't happy there was no jam on her toast!

And the reason you slept badly was sod's law... You can guarantee that the first good night the baby has, you spend half the night waking for no reason!

Michelle, by the time the injection has worn off, you'll probably be OK to go back on the combined pill... It can affect milk supply in the early stages but once breastfeeding is well established it shouldn't cause a problem... :)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    morning!

*grinding teeth- kian started to do this when he had first discovered he could do it if that makes sense. we just used to distract him (thanks sami) and he stopped doing it. the dentist said that most babies will it as its like 'oh, i have something in my mouth that stays there' so they have a bit of a play. Kian did it mainly in the morning when he was first up

*elle-thats fab not needing any more scans for a few yearsand reduced meds as well :D

Kian seems lot better today, and is currently trying to turn the tv off with the little button he discovered the other day.

You can put her in dresses from 3-5ish, before she gets an opinion of her own.

You haven't met Charlotte yet. She's 3 with an opinion on everything :D

    Fab news Elle :)

Off to see Craig's Grandparents this morning, taking James to a party this afternoon and just pottering around for the rest of the day.
Here I go again on my own....

Had an up down night here as T had a sore tummy and the smelliest pumps! at 2.30 this led to the most gagtastic nappy. Tho she did sleep better after that we had a repeat performance at 6am but OH got that one hehe.

Going swimming at some point today but other than that no plans. OH is off all this week so will be nice for some company and will get some stuff done around the house and a few days out.

Mel - glad you got to the bottom of the clothes issue, maybe you could pick some bits out online together.

At 25 months I am having a lot of trouble getting Elijah into any pyjamas than the ones he wants to wear (the Buzz Lightyear ones)...!

Actually he has just entered terrible twos, really - yesterday for the first time he developed the new tantrum technique of the piercing scream. Sadly he learned this in Homebase, so we spent a lot of our visit there trying to get him to come down the stairs (scream), be picked up (scream), get off the display bed (scream), go find mama (scream)... tantrum may not be the right word since he was perfectly happy the rest of the time, and the screams were 2 second objections to our plans. Troublesome mite.

Today we should be going to a park to join some friends for a big picnic, on their last day before they move to Mull  the lady is Scottish and has relatives there, but has lived in London for years and the partner has always lived here, and they have two young girls, so it is all a bit drastic :) they are very excited though, they're moving to Balamory (Tobermory) and will be "the only architects on the island" I believe :p
Not sure if we will make it though, OH's physical fragility is getting very rocky - after Homebase yesterday she was in pain for ages, etc.

    Have a nice day everyone!

I put Molly in jeans once she started trying to crawl because she was making the knees of all the leggings baggy and I wanted to get more wear than just one baby out of them. I just make sure the tops are prettier - although with the cold weather here already she's wearing whatever fits (Krystal the lovely top you sent finally fits her, thank you :) ). When she was smaller I had her in vest, tights, leggings, long sleeved top and a dungaree type dress over them most of the time, but that was a German winter *shivers*

Sometimes it's hard to admit that things have really, really hurt, especially to someone you love. But better out than in - holding in other nasty stuff gives you stomachache, holding in the stuff in your head does damage too.

We can reduce the one remaining kidney med down to 1ml a day (must be potent stuff ;)), and his levels of creatinine are now down to 68, best they've ever been. They were 420 at one point in hospital, 60-70 is normal apparently :D

How wonderful! I'm so in awe of little Rhys, he's done so very well. And it sounds like a reduction to 1ml is a precursor to cutting it altogether - lots of meds need a weaning-off period. I don't know much about kidney medication but I imagine they want to see what happens with the minimal dose and track progress before stopping it. :j
I loved Storm and I think Simon was being a right !!!!! about him, I think he was right to make him do a different song but refusing to call him Storm when that is his legal name and has been for 21 years is crap of him, I am hoping Cheryl gets the overs and keeps him.

I didn't see it, but IMO if you change your name to Storm someone should take the pee out of you.

Sorry E is not sleeping well again :(

I got another lie in this morning, not that it did any good because I still have a cold and a headache from the cold plus the one from my head-egg.

Glad Aimee is doing better after her vomit - just shows how sensitive little beasties are. I let my brother watch Single White Female when he was about five (only the first half where it was weird but not gory) and he had nightmares for months that someone was trying to take over his life :o

3 You can drive the 10 ins anyday but not to slap me...please. In fact we could meet up in the week if you aren't busy:) Maybe go the Burleydam or something, it is sort of middlish and the lovely V and my pain in the bum can go burn off some energy:D

Oh yes - that'd be fun. This week will be back to normality with the big two both in school. :D Are any days good/bad for you?

    :jElle for no more scans.

Bruno How exciting for your friends, I've always wanted to live in Balamory. :o We're waiting for PC Plum to retire, then OH can apply for his job and we can relocate. (OH won't be quite so camp as PC Plum).

Lol, the storm thing hit a nerve with DH as he changed his whole name legally and people still call him Joe :rotfl:

Infact i once called him Joe and i never knew him as 'Joe'

I would like to rave about my new baby drug. Teething powders!

I never used them before and next door gave me some and they calmed Lily down in an instant and stopped the crying. So maybe it was her teeth? But still :j :j

kindof - I agree with you about Simon on X factor last night (I dont usually watch but the in laws had ity on), I think he was rude. OK the name was odd but after 21 years and he had legally changed it then fair do's. If he had changed it from Lee to say Steve, it wouldnt have been an issue.
