Seriously??? It's as easy as that? I can't believe it :T

I was going to go online and look up some recipies. My slow cooker is huge.....does that matter as long as the bottom is covered. I'm not even sure how these things work :o

Erm....how long does it take to cook??

Sorry for the late reply Suze, mine is a huge one too the mix I put in came about half way up the dish.

The veg quorn took 4 hours on high as I wanted it cooked before we left to go shopping. Meat can be put in for a good 6 hours on low, longer even if you are out all day.

Honestly Suze its just a case of experimenting and to be honest I havent had a failure in it yet.

Between my Remoska and Slow cooker I havent used my main oven in months.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Hi All

i have an itchy roof of mouth - apparently its linked to alergies like Hayfever...its driving me mad and I dont have any tablets

I have been the the allotment this afternoon and picked a big tub of raspeberries, some courgettes (I am starting to turn into a courgette!), some basil and okra. Some some tidying down there, cleaned and fed the chooks and wild birds and to my delight found 6 damsons...the late frost killed off all the blossom so I am really excited! :j

Hopefully next week if I am not called for any suuply i will be going sloe picking...gues what everyones xmas present is..
sloe... gin..vodka...brandy, rosehip syrup and chutneys! I am even going to make the gift bags for them to go in! :)

I do need to complete a job application this weekend so need everyone to send positive vibes for me :o

I have the opposite - I have a divided SC so mine is very small due to the amount of space the divider takes up.

Gotta go - DH is tired and grouchy so I must not keep him waiting.
