Just a quick update. Had a letter back from my MP regarding the antics of the bailiff(as detailed in other post) and also replying to comments I had made in another letter with regard to the BBC Whistleblower programme. The MP has written to the council's chief ex asking for an urgent investigation into our case and for them to instigate a "root and branch"review of the company and the commercial relationship between the local authority and the bailiff company. She commented on the BBC programme and asked for any further information I had on the company(thankfully I haven't). I have replied to her and mentoned this site. So perhaps something positive may come out of this.
