No they most probably arn't but that doesnt make good viewing does it

But from what I hear they are in the minority, like for every 1 good bailiff there is about 5 bad ones, reading most people experiances on here can show you that.

As an organisation it collectively needs to clean up its act. And debtors need to make themselves more aware of their rights/the law regarding what the bailiffs can & can't do.

And where possible....get better locks.

I think the journalist did a great job, lets hope its not just brushed under the carpet and measures are put in place to clamp down on their behaviour.

Having watched the programme - I can not understand how a human being can stoop as low as those people, particularly when 99% of the clients on the receiving end of their "job" are struggling. How low can you get as to ripping people off who can least afford it?? - Not as low it seems as threatening children with putting their mother in prison.
All those who deal with them should first by law be informed of their rights and for it to be perfectly legal to kick the !!!!!! out of the bu**ers when they overstep the mark.

I was completley appalled by what I saw, I cannot even put into words how it made me feel to watch that, I just hope it wisened a lot of people up to the lies they tell about how they can take peoples belongings even they are not connected to the debt, how twisted is this ?????? :mad:
