No they most probably arn't but that doesnt make good viewing does it
But from what I hear they are in the minority, like for every 1 good bailiff there is about 5 bad ones, reading most people experiances on here can show you that.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

I hope not. Not a good advert for them though was it?
As an organisation it collectively needs to clean up its act. And debtors need to make themselves more aware of their rights/the law regarding what the bailiffs can & can't do.

Do you still say this having watched the programme?I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I think the journalist did a great job, lets hope its not just brushed under the carpet and measures are put in place to clamp down on their behaviour.0

Having watched the programme - I can not understand how a human being can stoop as low as those people, particularly when 99% of the clients on the receiving end of their "job" are struggling. How low can you get as to ripping people off who can least afford it?? - Not as low it seems as threatening children with putting their mother in prison.
All those who deal with them should first by law be informed of their rights and for it to be perfectly legal to kick the !!!!!! out of the bu**ers when they overstep the mark.If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape 100 days of sorrow.......Chinese proverb
