We had four viewings over 6 weeks. We had only one offer (from the 3rd viewer during the 6th week) and we accepted it.
Haven't yet completed the sale (only just at the start), but I'm hoping that all will be well!0 -
The couple whose wife loved the house the other day can only get 100 grand mortgage tops (groan!!!) So they're not even in the ball park. Oh well, here's to the next 6 months on the market. :-(~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

2 viewings in 3 days, second one put in offer £1k under the (already high) asking price. It's in one of those more affordable commutable areas near London though so I guess it depends where you are.0

Any Tips?Max Millionaire191 007:T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T0 -
Joe Millionaire, I think your house might be a little too neutral! LOL. :rotfl:
It looks well done with the block paving and the bathroom, but I'd try to make it a bit more memorable by introducing some soft furnishings and cosy it up a bit; cushions, pictures, different coloured duvet covers to give each bedroom an identity. All inexpensive stuff you can take with you aswell!
Lots of expensive *looking* stainless steel and chrome accesories in the kitchen. And some flowersEverything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
