If you have any McAfee products on your PC, uninstall them via Control Panel and then run the McAfee Removal Tool.
Do the same with AVG, then run the AVG Removal Tool
Before you remove AVG, download and save Microsoft Security Essentials to your Desktop, but don't install or run for now. Once you have removed the other solutions, you can double click on the downloaded MSE file to begin the install.
What you really need to do is to download and install the updates for Vista. You haven't installed either of the Service Packs. The first of which was introduced in 2008! You still appear to be using Internet Explorer 7, instead of 8.0 -
the fact that combofix found allsorts in your temp files is why you should run CCleaner often, to keep things like this from happening as much in future. That, a decent anti-virus and regular mbam scans will help you no end. And, as donnie says above, get vista up-to-date asap

Thanks guys. I have installed the Avast free addition so I guess to download MSE I also have to now remove that? How do I update Vista? I looked on Google but there are a few sites although McAfee SiteAdvisor tells me the sites are safe. Oh to install MSE do I need to remove McAfee SiteAdvisor? I'll do a CC clean and computer scan once a week I think. I also have ad aware installed but have not used it so i'll remove that as well.
I really appreciate all this help, you lot are amazing
One more thing. My son said that the !!!!!! link was a pop up window. He said pop up windows always come up when he is on Naruto-TV.com but I have the block pop up windows setting on my firefox. He said it's not the only site although i have never come across any whilst i've used the computer.0 -
Update Vista by going to Windows Updates from your Start menu. It'll take several rounds if you have neither SP1 not SP2 installed.
Don't try and Google for Updates, or you'll be in all sorts of trouble again.
Then make sure your PC is set to Windows Auto-Updates in Control Panel, Security Center. No free lunch, and no free laptop

I suspect most of your problems have come from this ~
c:\users\Kimberley\AppData\Roaming\Facebook\uninst all.exe
c:\users\Kimberley\AppData\Roaming\Facebook\npfbplugin_1_0_3.dll
Id recommend removing them:idea:0 -
