When your system is clean get rid of it and put a decent free AV on: Avira, Avast or MSE.No free lunch, and no free laptop

no, an antivirus is preventative, not for curing your problem. as macman said, its a bit late for that.

If you have access to another pc/laptop download Superantispyware onto a usb memory stick and then plug it into the infected computer and run it.
