What antivirus do you recommend? Just getting OH to do what you've asked about the hard-drive properties

Either AVAST 5 or AVIRA (I use avira, but avast 5 is probably better for your computer)
Look on FILE HIPPO (Website) for them

Once installed id recommend updating (They will auto update, but this is to make sure its upto date) then run a full system scan

All the important information is on another computer, but I wouldn't say it was backed up properly no.

Clicking happens anywhere between one and 3 times a week, depends on what is being done on the computer

Will give you rest of info in a bit once weve scanned like we've been asked to

I dont think theres anything wrong with the hardrive (Yes its probably on its way out with it getting noisier, but nothing is telling me its faulty)
Something is probably running thats causing the bluescreens
Read the bottom of this link to be able to show us what the bluescreens are ~
    http://www.datarecovery.com.sg/data_recovery/hard_disk_symptons_blue_screen.htm
If its already configured that way, tell us whats caused the bluescreen

Im still leaning towards the logitech software personally, its just about always badly written

Just tried to untick the Automatically restart box and a pop-up has appeared telling me that

"Windows cannot send administrative alerts unless the Alerter service is running."

    What does this mean?
