Could anyone be so kind as to send me a link to www.thismuchiknow.co.uk
I can't get to the mortgage spreadsheet bit and as my internet has played up I have lost all my favourite sites so can't access it
Did you get on this Cath? I just had a look at it and I actually prefer it to mine that I have.
Apparently if I OP £100 for the rest of the mortgage I will be on target for June 2019It also shows you how much capital you are actually paying off which I like to. Obviously my rate isnt going to stay the same but its a good place to compare
I have 113 payments left without OP, and 97 if I OP £100.
How much are you selling the wii fit board?MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

After discussing with DH last night I have finally decided to take 9 months maternity leave not 12. Taking 3 months unpaid is simply a luxury we can't afford and I do need to look after my career too. Decided not to tag Annual Leave I will accrue Apr-Jun onto end of mat leave as I would rather take these weeks when back in post so I'm not working too many weeks without a break.
Have worked out that over the 39 weeks my wages will be down £82 a week based on basic pay (obv I will be losing weekend enhancements too) but we will manage just fine - i think! We certainly won't struggle as we overpay quite a bit of surplus cash at the moment and out TC will increase in October and I also get an incremental payrise that month too.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -

Yes got on thanks Pammy, I really think my internet was playing up as it won't load some pages. I really like it and I can scroll right down whereas I have only set my SS up till end of 2012 as I have to manually enter each line (novice SS user). It is a good site and you can use it alongside your other SS.
Someone asked if anyone was sellling the board and game so I said I had one for £30. Do you think that sounds fair? I had a quick look online and the boards don't seem to be expensive as they used to be.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
That sounds too cheap to me. What does anyone else think.Mortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

The board and game are going for about £35-£40 on ebay so its about cheaper than theres. I would say £40 if you have the game as wellMPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

My fault for not researching it properly before asking a price (i didn't want to come across as too greedy). Tbh we have never used it, i got it out of the box in the dining room to get ready to sell.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

Hopefully wii fit board being collected this morning and I have sold a buggy to a colleague! Payday today too and it was definitely worth working extra shifts and all the bank holidays last month - had a great wage (well, great for me!)
Therefore, £320 OP ready to leave account after normal payment goes out 1st June. My SS tells me I will end June owing £113654 so if i can overpay £273 in July I will start August with a balance starting £112*** which is fab as that is around 10k less than what I owed a year ago! Also daily interest is now £10 a day.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Cath when you said your TCs will go up in October you didn't mean because of having the baby did you? Not being nosey but not sure if you know that you don't get TCs for babies under 1 now. I'm not sure when you're due but presume its around that time.
Well done on the OPs!I can't be bothered updating this anymore0
