Been a bit up and down last few days about work but now trying to be focused and motivated again!

Up to £38.65 on OnePoll, am sooooo close!

Popped out earlier to return a DVD as noticed the film is on over christmas and we hadn't opened it. Very nearly spent some money but DD played up so we came home! Not sure if she learned her lesson. She may well remember when her milk at bedtime is rationed!

Have joined the 2011 challenge, my target is to overpay £2500 which should see balance reduce to 110k. I would love to get it lower than this as want it <100k by end of 2012 but also need to save money and get some work done around the house.

Not much happening today, pottered round a bit and wrapped some presents but very poorly motivated at the moment!

  • My target is 3k, but its probably not happening. Still, I'll do my best...

I think if i can do 2,500 i could probably do 3k but might have clearer idea after xmas. Trying to get direct debits down to help spur things along. At the moment I can make a £70 OP every month without actually overpaying iukwim. That's a big chunk of the 250-300 a month i hope to achieve so nice to think I am already on my way and only need to top it up!

Not much progress at the moment and I think this is the first month for a while I haven't wished to get through the month as quickly as possible. OnePoll stcuck at £38.95, not much happenning there at all!

Just trying not to spend any money. Do have some money i could transfer across to the mortgage but don't think we're getting paid till just before xmas whereas they usually bring it forward, same for DH! A whole week and more till payday! typical as we need shopping and both cars need petrol!

Onepoll now at 39.60 - so close!!!

Noticed on TCB that they are doing 50p cashback for reserve and collect orders. I have £35 ready to be paid from QUIDCO but couldn't request a payment, can't remember what I did last time!

Noticed my Swiftcover transaction hasn't tracked yet from a few days ago so will see if that appears next week, if not will submit a claim.

Think I need to check SS etc and summarise this years efforts as even when we get paid in December as it is so close to christmas won't send anything extra until next year.

Thanks Lilac. My last post was a little unclear. ARGOS are doing the 50p cashback, could be handy for those who still have shopping to do.

All quiet here at the moment, desperately waiting for payday! I can do my figures ready though so may have something to update with after that.

Received a letter from BG saying I will save £22.40 on next years homecare yet it is still cosing me 3p a month more! Not sure how that works!

£3 from TCB came through but will send to savings to get that account started!
