Sorry, just had to say I love your avatar fishfins!! :rotfl:

Cath, forgot to say that when we requested info from the Land Registry (land ownership query rather than boundary) we had to pay a fee to get it ~ think it was about £6 ish.

FD mortgage paperwork finally posted to them. Current deal end April 1st so hopefully everything will be done in time.

Had a rubbish day but both children now in bed and it's the weekend! Sold a few more bits and pieces last few days and money requested from TCB today. Almost at payout again on Superpoints so that will arrive in account on Tuesday so can round it up for another £10 OP.

I could do with a few spare moments to sit and work out what our income will be from June-December as we should be able to make fairly substantial OP's whilst adding to savings and I think I would find it really motivating at the moment.

Hope you all have a good weekend, am meeting up with friends so am really looking forward to that.

You should be a bit nearer to payout on Superpoints now Cath - I had a good few wins this morning ;) Could do with a few more friends on there though, how did you get so many !?

No sign of the FD £50 yet, it's meant to come a month after you get your bonus. Have you had that yet ?

Thanks Linz, I asked around quite a bit but tbh a lot that signed up aren't active. If you can get 5 friends to literally sign up and not necessarily spin each day your own daily spins will increase a lot.

No sign of current account, thought it might have been done by now. Will let you know if I hear anything.

Having toyed with the idea of moving I am totally put off. Applying for a new mortgage whilst on maternity leave is just about enough to finish me off! Yet more paperwork required and I spent most of yesterday on the phone!

Had another £6.19 from Superpoints so added it to my small TCB amount and have sent another £10 OP. Am hoping to send another to take advantage of no c/tax month but could probably do with leaving it in bills account as a buffer.

FD mortgage application with the underwriters who requested additional supporting paperwork which they have received this morning so hopefully it's nearly sorted out now!

    I still need to:

    1) Pay lawncare company £15
    2) Transfer some money to DH's account
    3) RSVP to party invite for DD and find a gift
    4) Look on Ama$on for gift for nephew so can use vouchers instead of cash
    5) Send money via paypal for some things for DS

Just got number 3 and 4 to do off above list.

So pleased this morning, FD text so say mortgage offer been approved. It's been a complicated application due to me being on maternity leave and DH changing jobs recently. However, all sorted now and house should be valued within a week. Current deal ends 1st April so all seems to be happening in good time. Will be going from a rate of 3.19 to 2.59% The alternative was to go onto current providers SVR which is 3.49% so we have made a good saving.

FD rang yesterday and confirmed everything so I have amended my SS ready for our new rate. In theory we only have one more payment to make to existing lender. :j

Have been going through accounts this morning to see if there is anything spare for another OP - well, there isn't! Need to keep money back for house valuation this week and finish paying CC.

Do have some OP money headed my way but am in limbo till it gets here. Am waiting on £50 from yougov, £32 from GTM (hit payout this morning) Am at £35 on onepoll so hopefully hit payout soon and SP is ticking along nicely averaging 2 payouts a month. :D

DH just popped to charity shop with a bag full of toys so dining room looks a little better.

DH's employers finally corrected his overpayment of wages which is a huge relief :)
