they have changed it so you only get 1000 pts for signing up and another 1000 for purchases, so it looks like there is no 6000 pts take a look at this link,,
sorry new to this site as u can see, i mean this link,
http://www.moneysupermarket.com/cards/cardsresults.asp :xmastree:0 -
I've checked the link and it still says 6000 points until 31st Dec. However I've only got 1000 points also. I'll ring them after Xmas.

I rang Am Ex today 0800 700 727. they said errors had been made, other people included and the full 6000 points will be added in next 4 days. Maybe other people will also have to ring to ensure they get the full points?

I a bit confused and am hoping someone can help out.
I have an Amex Plat. card and have been used it for the 0% balance transfer, but have now paid it all back. So currently I am using it as usual.
I will probably spend about £9,600 in a year, where I will get 0.5% cash back on the first 3k, 1% on the next 3.5k and 2% on the last 2.6k.
But I have been looking at the 0% interest on purchase cards especially the Sky card.
Surely I should be using this for all my purchases as I will be getting approx 5% interest if I bung all the money I would hvave had to pay in my savings acccount which would be better than the Amex cash back?
Or something wrong with my thinking?0 -
edit: On second thoughts I considering going for the Virgin Flyers Club CC which will avoid all this hassle and possible problems!0
