I'm back! Not that I went anywhere but didn't seem to have anything interesting to update.......

but in the meantime, I found 2p on the floor, DD has lost her favourite cuddly toy, it's disappeared off the face of the earth :( it must be somewhere in the house/car but maybe the spiders have squirreled/spidered? it away.......and I've sold a DVD on Amazon.

    I also managed a NSD yesterday :)

OH burger, I've been neglecting the diary haven't I :( Well....in a nutshell, I've been low and have just been trying to keep things together, but finally plucked up the courage to start seeking help, so fingers crossed, I'll soon feel like me again as it's been a very long time coming!

DD and I have had a fab day today, and I should really be tucked up in bed as I'm shattered!

In money news, I've done some surveys, bought Marie Claire mag to get the £10 'moulting hound' voucher and bought a chrissie present today :) I did a survey online that earned me a free MH showergel when placing an order, so sorted out another 2 people with that.

Right, back again - maybe I should have changed the title to November - a new start?!? ;)

Well, I've not done too well on saving up to pay off the debt, as I've had to buy some household bits to replace broken things, and my dishwasher had to be fixed.....so am probably nearer zero now. Gulp. But, on the other hand, I didn't get into any 'real' debt to fix the problems, so being strict with myself definitely helped.

I was a bit spendy over the weekend and bought, amongst other bits, a cheapy chickflick to watch which I also listed on Amazon as I know it's not going to be a keeper, I'm not much of a hoarder with DVDs. Blow me, if the thing hasn't sold already and of course I've not watched it yet! Think I'll have to do that tonight after my course! (or see if its appropriate for DD to watch with me after school as part of some well-needed snuggle time).

DD's very tired after doing her first trick or treating last night. She was quite scared by some of the costumes and we only knocked on a few doors. She far preferred having people come to us and handing out sweeties, so I think next year we'll stay home in the warm instead :)

As she was away for most of half term with grandparents, it's been lovely having her back, and today we're both back at our respective grindstones and I'm trying to see what I can get away with spending/not spending this month to try and put more money away for the unexpected!

Christmas is nearly all done, DD's only getting 'little' presents from me this year as she has some whoppers coming from grandparents/uncle, and I already have quite a few bits for the few other people I have to buy for.
