I went to my local store in Burnley and they weren't doing it..assistant said that's because they didn't have a phone section...nearest store in Horwich, miles away! So looks like this is instore only...wonder if you can get it by phoning someone/somewhere????

It's worth giving them a ring.

This offer is available until 10th October & some people who have taken out the old £10 or £15 deals are now phoning & getting it switched to this one, saving £5 a month.

They must be inundated with phone calls over this. We tried yesterday and was on the line for 45 minutes and had to ring off in the end.

My OH has been on Tesco for a while and he's had unlimited browsing without any problem.
He pays £15 a month.

This is a great deal but be careful when tesco describe something as unlimited. We recently got a large bill on my daughters phone who is on the £10 a month for unlimited texts. Out of the blue her phone was locked for which we had to pay £10 to unlock it and then a further £30 to pay the bill. Apparently the number of texts sent a month is capped to 3000 and after that you are charged, this is the same with the internet but they don't warn you. Yes I know 3000 is alot but its not the point, we had assumed that once we paid the £10 we would have no further worries. We have suggested to daughter to cut back on messaging and internet use which she has done!

I've been on the £15 a month tariff for a couple of months (500 mins, unltd texts, unltd internet).

Have just rung Tesco and they were more than happy to change me to the new £10 tariff.
