    Yep, the self employed don't really get bonuses in the same way! Thats a lot of decorating too, to be doing at this time of year! And I really hate the smell of gloss drying, it makes me feel really sick - I'm going to try to do the skirting board in the office between the time when the plumber's been and the floor layer comes - dreading it!

    But I hope yours goes really well today.

    Where your OH works doesn't sound good at all - I'm glad you're getting other things on the go.

    What are the challenges? I have some long term challenges to myself, if they fit, it would be great!

    I'm not having proper meals today either - snacking on crisps and hummus, its not too bad, but I shouldn't even be doing that really - must start with all the supplements again tomorrow, at least.
