Had a pretty good evening for gaining swagbucks, and just caught the end of a swagcode time frame so got some extra free bucks. Also collected a nice pair of wood cd racks from freegle this evening which I need to dust then find a home for before I fill them - thus getting rid of at least one more box of 'stuff' and have been offered a tent which as long as I can arrange to collect tomorrow evening will go some way towards placating mr s who keeps insisting we need to go camping and failing to spend any of his money on a tent, sleeping bags etc etc.

He finally cooked dinner far too late for my liking but apparently the problem was that he thought there was no food to cook - ignoring the frozen mince, jar of bolognese sauce and pasta in various cupboards. So I showed him how to use the microzappers auto defrost setting and let him get on with it.

A rather enjoyable three hours at work later I'm home and have spent a couple of hours tidying up whilst completeing one poll surveys as everytime I've finished one they seem to have uploaded a couple more paid surveys - which I def won't be complaining about.

Need to go out this evening to collect the tent and a nice healthy pizza dinner mystery shop, thankfully the expensive m.s I did a couple of weeks ago has been paid today so the money has been put back in to my float account after I near cleaned it out to pay it off the credit card.

One more day at work done, just a week left before my holiday leave starts - can't wait!

Popped in to Mr T's on my way home from work and bought some summer clothes in the sale, as usual I've ended up annoyed that the sizings just don't match up - I got two pairs of trousers both the same size, one pair fit perfectly the other are far too small, and a pair of shorts a size bigger than the trousers which are a bit too tight but should fit better after a couple of weeks making an effort on my healthy eating and exersize plan. That said I'm feeling horribly bloated at the moment so will keep hold of the smaller pair of trousers and try them again in a week or so to see how close they are to fitting. The trousers that do fit are linen with a button and drawstring so if I do manage to drop in size they should still be ok regardless. I also bought a vest top and a cardi, the vest will be going back tomorrow as I can't even get it over my shoulders.

Just been to the cupboard and realised with some horror that we're down to the last 'pack' of 40 tea bags, my rough mental arithmatic tells me that we'll run out in under a week so I've made the best use of the time it takes the kettle to boil in finding out where the cheapest place to get decent tea bags is at the moment - the best option I found was amazon, 460 tea bags for £8.70 or £7.83 if you subscribe to a regular delivery, compared to an average of £10 something for the same number from a supermarket. So I've ordered with a 6 monthly subscription to get the discount and if it's still cheapest next time we need to order I'll pull the frequency of the order forward. And to make it fully moneysaving I paid with amazon gift vouchers. :D

PG tips, its the catering pack. The only other place with a similar price was approved foods for one of the other big brands but by the time you add the delivery charge it was more expensive than the amazon ones.

Been out for breakfast with the boy this morning Frankie&Bennies, 2 for £10, was decent enough although nothing special, then had a quick wander in town where we bought three fleeces from Blacks for just under £40 in their sale - buy 2 sale items get one free, although the two hisself got were the expensive ones so mine was free (would have been a whole £6).

Just opened the front door to let the boy out for a run and he fell over a nice big box from amazon, so thats the tea bags safely stored in the cupboard. Could do with having a sort out of the food shelves really, we seem to have all sorts of tins of things mixed up and hisself is complaining that we have no food again - ignoring the soup, bread, and super noodles!

Microwave is looking slightly minging too so I guess its time to have a thorough clean in there too.

Email from wowcher has arrived too with the voucher for a canvas art print, so need to choose a piccy and get that ordered - fairly sure I know which photo we want but have to find it on my external harddrive and crop it, before I choose a second piccy just in case the first isnt quite right.

Ordered the canvas print, we both agreed that the original piccy was the one we preferred.

Rearranged most of my cd's from various boxes on to one of the wood racks I got from freegle this week, so thats a few more boxes out of the way...one day we'll have a tidy flat, quite possibly when we're packing to move out!

Did an early shift at work, god I hate having to be there at 0730...esp when my colleague in the kitchen rolls in after 0800 meaning we're running almost an hour late from the get go. Luckily theres noone around at the moment so noone to notice or care.

Escaping was as always a good feeling, came home and had a couple of hours napping, I really struggle to get to sleep before 2am and when I have to be up at 0630 to get to work on time it's def not healthy - roll on next weekend when I'm officially on holiday, and at least the next three of four shifts are the nice midday ones, the fourth is another early which means my holiday starts mid afternoon rather than in the evening...me thinks a pub beer garden needs to be the plan that day as my Dad should be here by the time I finish work.

Mr S and I went to the cinema to see Cowboys and Aliens - better than I expected it to be, and as its Sunday night the screen was quite empty and totally without irritating teenagers acting like prats. Did I mention Daniel Craig spends a fair amount of time with his top off too? No, well he does and it certainly doesnt hurt the film. :D
