ok - I've run Dr Web and it's found a whole pile of stuff - some that its deleted - others marked incurable. moved.
The Dr Web page (sorry if I'm being dense here:o) is showing 'file - settings - help' across the top.... and underneath is a list of all the rubbish it's found... underneath that is 'greyed out'.... what do I do now??:o (I'm writing this from a laptop)0 -
we could really do with seeing the dr web results...can you copy them or something ??......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
The dr web logfile is found at one of these 2 places ~
C:\Program Files\DrWeb
C:\Users\username\DoctorWeb
Scan right to the bottom (If memory serves) where it should tell us whats been removed etc:idea:0 -
thanks - found it! - there's pages of snapshot - but this is at the end.
