Have you ~
1 ~ removed those items in hijack this?
2 ~ UPDATED and run a FULL scan with malwarebytes?
3 ~ uninstalled one of your anti virus programs?
4 ~ shut down ALL security when running combofix?

4. I think so - no virus running, what else can I shut down?

Please open malwarebytes, goto LOGS and post the WHOLE of the last full scan you ran

just running full scan - 34 infected items so far... been going for 48 minutes.....

that's why it's so important to update the database prior to scanning
