That looks very imaginative for someone who has never seen a pie funnel before :rotfl: .

[STRIKE]Did you buy it, or borrow it from someone? [/STRIKE] Did someone show you a trad pie funnel to base your model on?

    :shhh: I bought it. :silenced:

I've got breadcrumb-like flour and Stork mix. :D (It's in the fridge while I post) :p
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

YOU you can put them straight on the pastry, but use a spoon to scoop them out and you'll be fine. Good luck

Well done for finding one! I dread to think what it cost, but it's really useful if you are going to use your ceramic thinigy regularly. :D

Sad you used Stork instead of butter, though - not as nice IMHO :o But I still have every confidence......:)

  • Hmmm - bit quiet on the cooking front isn't it? Hope you're both ok.......
I have to take the DD's to gym - I'll get some more wine on the way home for us 'audience' types. Anyone want me to get them anything??
I'm going to watch this thread on behalf of the slattern cult for those members who can't be a****.

It's never stopped me. I always keep some under my desk (honest!)

I never make heavy use of it, though - still on the same box I bought in June 2005.....
