Tigs - so long as they're dried ones and not tinned (
) its fine to use the butter beans. If you've got any greaseproof paper or baking parchment, pop a bit of that in first, so that the beans don't stick to the pastry.

Don't worry, you can put dried beans direct on to the pastry. Just be careful not to drop your pastry when you empty them out!!!!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
