Number 12 for me today :T
Two-thirds of the way through the month, and two-thirds of the way to my target...... just got to hang on in there and not give in to any Whoopsie temptations now
Did buy a paper from work (to get 10% discount), then walked to Mr T to get the free DVD and a bag of sweetcorn - but these were spends from my 'specifically allocated' funds, so don't count against me todayCheryl0 -
Just a quick check in - have been super busy but am up to 8 days including today. Tomorrow should be ok for one more, then it'll just be 2 to go - don't want to Jinx myself but looking good.....:j0

Right just flying by to say Hi and can you up my count one please Spoony, yesterday was a success.
Chris if you're ever in Cornwall give me a shout, strength allowing it'd be an pleasure to head out for a slow ramble... or a not slow one. I'll borrow some metal for a day if I'm not on a machine of my own again by then. I'm pretty sure I can scrounge something somewhere. Tiz refreshing to meet a likeminded soul instead of all the usual "oh no, I could never consider anything that wasn't a Davidson/at least 130bph/British-Built" brigade. There's not a bike out there that doesn't have a purpose and a context. Thank God for £200 running-wrecks and £40k specials, we need'em all.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

Spoony!.. Don't forget that Thursday, 23rd of this month is Mabon, the Autumnal Equinox, I think the exact (roughly) time is 3:09am GMT. I'm so excited!!.. :j:j
Oooh... didn't know that Geebee, maybe we should have a celebration (mind you, at 3.09 am there won't be many of us around, maybe we should have it at 3.09 pm instead:D)The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

I took longer to get from the start to the finish than mr Dopey, it started to involve the car, several trains, a 2 miles route march and a stumble around the seafront at South Shields in torrential rain in totally unsuitable shoes, then when I found my baldy man in tinfoil (in among about 3000 baldy men in tinfoil, I might add), we had to do the whole thing in reverse , then get out of newcastle and drive home to Scotland, didn't get home until past 10, was totally bushed and I never even ran anywhere. He did raise loads of money for Help for Heroes and it was very worth it but it was hard work!! loads of wonderful geordies who cheerfully helped me to the finish even though chaos was erupting all around their lovely city, great support but an awful lot of people. When the metro trains were arriving at the nearest station to the finish, people just erupted out when the doors opened, it was very err cosy in there, let me tell you. So no NSDs but a great two days and a very satisfied Mr Dopey. Still sleeping and nursing his blisters!!
Yay .. well done to Mr Dopey:j:j:j
Glad you had a good couple of days Dopey, the atmosphere at the GNR is supposed to be second to none:D:DThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time
