It's great when you hit lucky isn't it :D

Oh yes, normally do my shopping at Mr A & they never have bargains like Mr M did on Saturday! Think i might have to change my supermarket from now on... thanks Cheryl for the inspiration!

Boult, hope your feeling better today ((((big hugs)))) (but please don't breathe your germs on me :rotfl:)

Didn't get one today, crazy busy at work & intended to come home for dinner where i had my lunch happily defrosting in the fridge but got sooo busy i missed my lunchbreak, wasn't allowed to take it later  & had to grab a sanwich from the canteen which i ate while running up & down the wings - cue indigestion!!
So i got more spray paint for my unit after work, which at least means i can get it finished tonight.

Next one looks like Weds, best get a wriggle on if i'm going to hit target this month!!!
    February NSD challenge 5/15
  • Well, I only managed 3 out of the 4 NSDs that I was hoping for - Fri, Sat and Sun. I had to buy lunch today unexpectedly so no NSD for me today. I am consoling myself with thoughts that 3 out of 4 ain't bad lol.

  • oooh I was bad, with Mr Dopey in Newcastle for the GNR. he did brilliantly came in in 2 hour 15 mins which is pretty good considering it was his first ever half marathon (probably his last as well!!!) It was a very expensive weekend, staying at the most expensive (and orrible) travel lodge in the world £104, they should have been on big black horses with masks, and since everyone was running for charity, they should be very ashamed of their profiteering. I took longer to get from the start to the finish than mr Dopey, it started to involve the car, several trains, a 2 miles route march and a stumble around the seafront at South Shields in torrential rain in totally unsuitable shoes, then when I found my baldy man in tinfoil (in among about 3000 baldy men in tinfoil, I might add), we had to do the whole thing in reverse , then get out of newcastle and drive home to Scotland, didn't get home until past 10, was totally bushed and I never even ran anywhere. He did raise loads of money for Help for Heroes and it was very worth it but it was hard work!! loads of wonderful geordies who cheerfully helped me to the finish even though chaos was erupting all around their lovely city, great support but an awful lot of people. When the metro trains were arriving at the nearest station to the finish, people just erupted out when the doors opened, it was very err cosy in there, let me tell you. So no NSDs but a great two days and a very satisfied Mr Dopey. Still sleeping and nursing his blisters!!

Right I've been doing some calculating, and I'm totally confused with my days :o:D

So, in the vain attempt to learn me a lesson, I'll err on the side of caution and stick with what I know is definite.... so 3+2+1 (for today) = 6. :D

Now that you can see how much of a struggle adding up that sum is for me, the reasons behind my signature become very much apparent!!! :o :rotfl:

I'm a slow (but sure) learner.... and it'll be exremely tough for me to get 12, but there's still time...
