Youre doing so well Buffy...I think we all are guilty of procrastination (well I certainly am) but having a goal to work towards anf constantly focussing on will help. Everytime I keep putting off study I think about the last 5 years I could have done this uni work and be where I want to alreay...it focusses me on pulling my finger out and getting to the end goal.

On that note, off to find out exactly what I need to write about for my first assignment
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

thanks Sal by the way. And Sammy when I am less restricted I will reply to your lovely PM. Everyone should know Sammy is lovely and kind and very reassuring.

    Hope you feel better soon.
. I find change even positive change so hard. there is a big part of me that would be happy staying in with the tv every night,I know its not cool and hip to admit that and I am sure hardly anyone else on here feels like that cos you all do so much but it is how I feel. I am so sick of having so much to do and never finishing anything.

    .

I could have written lots of that especially what you said about other people doing so much. I also watch too much tv so inspired by the MrBig 5-9 challenge I've decided to force myself to do things in the evenings like exercise classes. It's fine once you get there, it's making the effort to leave the house that's the hardest part.

I love this method of working towards your goals. It's brilliant, like something MrBig would suggest:)

Sorry to read that you're still not well Buffy. It seems there's a lot of different bugs around at the moment (although I think yours is migraine related??). I could sleep for Britain at the moment. Got around 5 hours sleep on Sunday night and only slightly more last night. Crappy cough waking me up and a dry throat - it's like swallowing sandpaper.

Really hope you start to feel better soon x
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T
