Thought it would be, thanks Woowoo. OH has gone out for a 'quiet' drink! Even though he's been a Saint this week, if he comes in at 5 and wakes me like he did last time I will be very grumpy!

Bed soon, I've certainly slept lots this week! Night all x

Wow, everyone's diaries have moved sooo fast over the weekend, so much catching up to do!

That's great with the £100 switch money, reminds me I should be getting mine soon too!

That also made me laugh that we don't even want to pay out for pots to save our money in - I save my change in a washed out mayonnaise jar! :rotfl:
Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j
  • Ours is in a clear plastic bag. I found £7.50 in a pot in the kitchen yesterday so that has been added to the bag (to be used for shopping)!

i like the idea of the pots but also could not break it! they were £25 when i saw them in debenhams! supose may make a nice gift but would not be ms to buy one! if i couldnt resist spending my change i would buy a tacky sealed tin one from poundland! in fact i wouldnt mind one of these for a gift if it had the other £24 inside it!

i save all my change inc pound coins left at end of week. suprisingly i very rarely take anything out of it. i am saving all mine up till all three pigs are full then will cash it in and pay a lump sum off. as my first debt to repay is my dad i dont think he would like it if i paid him 50p a day! :rotfl:

I might ask for a Terramundi as an Xmas pressie! At the moment I am saving change in two different pots, a Las Vegas one that my mum got me in Vegas but I can only fit 50p's and smaller in it when I really wanted to put £1 coins in!

I also have a boring blue cash tin that I put all my little silvers and coppers in :D

How are you doing Happy (apart from santander)?

I think lots of people hate santander! They really don't seem able to organise a p*** up in a brewery. My new pin code has arrived and seems to work, not that it would have been a problem if it didn't because the accounts are empty and we're closing them, but I still think it's their fault I got locked out anyway! I hope it gets sorted, it's frustrating not being able to check and do your banking.

I always thought Santamder were supposed to be really good, I think I am changing my mind now and will stick with Natwest! How are you feeling now RP, hopefully much better :).
