Congratulations, Aunty Greenbee. Hope the little guy starts feeding soon.

BTW, I came across a documentary on sleeping a few days ago. They had a new strategy for beating jetlag which they trialled successfully. Eat the last regular meal before your departure and then don't eat anything else until the first regular meal at your destination. You can sleep as much as you like. Apparently this re-sets your body clock.
Thanks... and for the advice... I'll share it with OH, as he's off to Latin America shortly. My boss has also had a bright idea... he wants to send me to Hong Kong for ONE DAY

Lunch, coffee and biscuits decluttered and I really need to give myself a kick now. Will put timer on 15 minutes to rid downstairs rooms of clothes. Then get showered and dressed once DS1 is out of the bathroom.

We waited close to the cricket ground for DS1 and listenend to the last half hour of the concert. Sounded great - I'm sure you'll love it, froddy.

Glad they enjoyed it - I KNOW I will :D

I am getting nowhere fast trying to sort stuff for tomorrow. I have no motivation and could quite easily give up on everything :o

greenbee - congratulations to the new parents :D Does he have a name yet?

Huge hugs Triker - it is hard work isn't it. My SSs are not allowed to mention me, or have my number on their mobiles after ten years! I am STILL referred to as the 'husband stealing floozy' despite the actual facts! DH and I have tried to learn from past mistakes, and do what is right for all of four of our/his children, shame this doesnt extend to SSs mother - who still hasnt paid as much as a penny in maintenance for the last two years for the one she threw out. Where is JoJo who is equally indignant and vocal?

Oooh talking of plums, our neighbours pointed out that the tree I'd planted years ago is laden with plums ha!! Its a plum tree....so we've just been and collected 4 big bowlfuls, I'm very chuffed.

Hex hun, yep its been hard but thankfully hadn't had to deal with the poison for a few years now....noticed that usually in these cases the money you pay is always good enough though isn't it!!

I met hubby about 5 years after they split up and divorced, however think his xw couldn't stand the fact that his children liked me and went all out to strangle the life out of the relationship...stupid really, if my children had had a stepmother I'd be really happy that there was someone else on the planet who was interested in their welfare. Some people are off their heads.;)
